The most amazing staff who has shown us nothing but the ultimate kindness and courtesy. The place is breathtaking the beautiful and it is one of those places you never want to leave. The rooms were stunning; clean and truly offers relaxation to the absolute Max. I did not want to leave and miss these people already.

Our state was excellent!!! The hospitality was warm and welcoming., the dinner and breakfast served in our room was fantastic and we enjoyed the Tatami style. We enjoyed the onsets, especially the two private ones. Everything felt so authentic it was exactly what we were hoping for.

Dinner and breakfast were fresh and delicious! There were many parts of it that we got to try and experience which was a lot of fun. The private onsen in our room and the one that is available to use was super relaxing and soothing after a long day of travel. The room was spacious and very cozy as well.

This place was a dream after a busy few days in Tokyo. The onsens (private and public) were serene, the property and rooms are beautiful, and the service was impeccable.

Staff was nothing but super friendly. Onsens were so beautiful and the property was stunning! They even drove us down the hill to the train station so we did not have to lug all our luggage down the hill. Highly recommend and would go back!

The accommodations were wonderful, beautiful property and onsens. We loved being able to reserve the private tubs, found them very relaxing and beautiful. Meals were wonderful and staff very helpful. If the hill up to the property is a problem, we found taking a taxi or uber very easy and cheap. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Musashino Bekkan. The place felt very welcoming and the staffs are all friendly. Our experience at this ryokan is complete opposite to all the negative reviews this place gets. The place itself is slightly outdated, but that is part of the charm of this place - as if you are transported back in time. The onsens were lovely and we had a private one in ours. The meals were delicious especially the dinner course and we were able to request a kid friendly meal for our son. Wish we could stay longer and experience more this ryokan can offer. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

客室は、角部屋だったので景色も素晴らしく掘りごたつがあって快適でした。食事は部屋食だったので、のんびりと食事ができました😊一番良かったのは、お風呂です🌼大浴場から貸切風呂まで、全部入りましたが、お湯がとても柔らかくて素晴らしいお湯でした(*^^*)接客も良くて、快適に過ごせました😊また、行きたいです🌼

It was incredible. We were greeted warmly by staff, some of whom spoke fluent English, and everything was spotless. The baths were super clean and beautiful. It was such a treat to be able to reserve them for private bath time. The public ones were awesome too. It was fun exploring the different rooms throughout the ryokan. They put a lot of care into the meals and personally bring every course to your room. I think this one is perfect fore couples because of the private baths . It was the perfect relaxing time. Thank you!

Tout était parfait, le lieu est magnifique, le repas du soir ainsi que le petit déjeuner servis en chambre sont copieux et réalisés avec des produits frais et locaux. Le service est authentique et très professionnel. Un vrai plaisir d'avoir séjourner au musashino bekkan!
