Check-in is a self-service, non-personal check-in.　After you make a reservation, we will send you a URL to access your room.　Please make sure to download it before coming to your room.　The key information will be sent to you 3 days before check-in.
Up to 6 years old is free of charge only when sharing a bed with an adult.　Children over 7 years old will be charged the adult rate.
・Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the building, including the rooms and balconies. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) may be charged separately.
