This hotel is situated at the foot of mountainous terrain. This hotel will be the right choice for you if you enjoy taking in the outdoors. There are enough staff members who take excellent care of the visitors. On taxi arrival, the front desk staff member was greeted at the entrance with a warm welcome. They assigned me a room on the highest floor of the tower building with a spectacular mountain view. The room was very spacious in comparison to other hotels in Japan. The mountain next door was taller than the hotels tower, and we could see mountains peak touching the soft white clouds. The restaurant had a very wide selection of breakfast buffet, and guests were led to their table by a large team of courteous staff. For quick service to everyone, the staff moved around the restaurant. There were many unique items in the groundfloor gift shop. One thing the hotel could do better is that there wasnt any laundry service available to guests. It would be nice if the hotel could add laundry service in the future. WiFi network connectivity was only accessible in the lobby area. There was no internet connection in the rooms. This hotel was outstanding because of the exceptional staff. If the infrastructure improves wifi and laundry services, guests will surely find it more convenient.

We only spent one night in this hotel on the 1 st floor as a quick escape from Tokyo. This place provides a stylish traditional Japanese room, lovely outdoor experience, and surprisingly delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. Also, there is nothing wrong with the service. Although the hotel's facade looks antiquated, the rest are fine.

The onset hotel is very pleasant. We had a western-style room on the ground floor. It was very spacious with separate bathrooms and dressing rooms, a small sunroom, and a large bedroom with a king-size bed, armchairs, etc. The couch had a small hole in it, however, and some of the joiners required minor repairs. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer a reasonable selection of Japanese and western dishes. There weren't vegetarian options, e. I. Tofu as there was on a prior visit. The rest was really great the staff is friendly and helpful throughout the complex it is well-heated so we could comfortably walk around in the yukatas provided and enjoy the unique Japanese onset experience The onset baths are well-maintained, large enough to not get too crowded, and have indoor and outdoor pools. As an added christmas bonus, a short performance of xmas and abba songs was performed by an enthusiastic and well-rehearsed band made up of hotel staff members.

When we arrived at the hotel via a free shuttle from the station, our initial impression was unfavorable, to put it mildly. The lobby floor is updated, and very bright, with beautiful artificial flower arrangements, making us more confident when we arrived. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Our room was on the first floor, and upon entering, our mouths dropped. The smallest twin in the hotel was in dire need of refurbishment, and we must have had it alone. The bathroom was small, and the carpet was fairly stains. We toured the first baths on the fifth level soon. Our spirits were once more boosted. Although the outdoor bath is the rothenburgs primary draw, the interior bath isnt particularly large. There is also a sauna. They must be carried to the baths and then returned to the room because there is only one bath towel and one hand towel in the room. According to the time of use, the baths can switch from room to room. Afterwardsevening and the morning, we chose the rooted eatery with private rooms for the second night. There is a store with a variety of itemsomiage on the lobby floor. You can expect complimentary coffee in the lounge till nine in the morning, and it will leave you off at Bukeyashiki samurai residence or Iimoriyama. Also, it arrives at the

I would recommend this hotel to visitors to aizuwakamatsu who are presently traveling by car or by train. The location of this hotel is near Higashiyama's onset. I recommend arriving in Aizuwakamatsu in the afternoon and calling the hotel in advance to sign up for a free shuttle. I happened to arrive in the morning and had to ride the local sightseeing bus, get off at the entrance of Higashiyama's onset station, and carry my baggage to the hotel It was a disappointing experience, not the hotels fault. Samurai home is also close to the motel. Most of the city's sightseeing destinations can be reached by taking the sightseeing bus at the nearby stop. The western style room where we stayed was a little outdated, but I was fine with that. Food buffet was wonderful. There were several, many options available. Horsemeat sushi, a local specialty, was also present. Service this hotel provided excellent service. That day my friend and I were both injured. I informed them that my companion was too injured to go down to eat a buffet for dinner. They offered complimentary room service for dinner. Also, some hotel personnel spoke English, which made my life a lot easier. However, if you are into hotels with a traditional Japanese hot spring atmosphere, this hotel might not be the best choice.
