Do not party and please keep quiet especially when you check-in/check-out and after 9:00PM. Please kindly drag baggage and reduce noise of carrying suitcase. Loud noises could cause disturbance to neighbors. The guests may be asked for penalty of 500USD in case we receive complaints from our neighbors.
-No drugs.
-No musical instruments and speaker devices allowed.
-Kindly remove your shoes indoors.
-Absolutely no use of fire of any sort indoors: - no incense/no cigarettes/no candles
-Please keep our premises clean, leaving the rooms in the same condition as when you arrived in it.
-Please pack and leave the garbage indoors, as we will take care of the trash when you check out.
-Unless declared prior to check in, additional guests are not allowed to stay.
-Inviting other person even during daytime is strictly prohibited. In case we find undeclared guest staying, we will charge extra for each additional guest. The price of this charge will be double the regular price for one additional person, and will be charged for the whole stay.
-Check-out is 10am. Please make sure to check-out on time as cleaner will arrive and sometimes other guests will check-in on the same day. Please pay 30,000 JPY if you check out later without our approval in advance (at least 1 week ago).
-Please do not put cardboard/big outer case without any notification. If you put these, will charge 100 USD
-Please kindly be understand that smoking in front of the house is prohabited.
(For the house with balcony)
If smoke at balcony, please place cigarettes, cigar butts and ashes in your compact ashtray. A cleaning fee of 500USD will be charged when traces of cigarette smoke is found.
-If you want us to send packages after check out, it costs 3000JPY + postage fee as we need to assign a person to deal with it.
-Please be reminded that Wi-Fi is just one of free services so the connection and the speed are not guaranteed.
