All rooms have toilets and sinks. Not all rooms have bathtubs and showers.
(Even if the illustration shows a room with a shower, it may not have one due to the system　limitation).

Also, if your room does not have a private bathtub or shower, there is a private hot spring with charge.

The public bath and outdoor bath are free of charge.


Please note that children under the age of 18 traveling without their parents or legal guardians must present a written statement of consent from the parents or legal guardians.
All additional guests are required to pay the applicable accommodation fee.
Children are welcome, however, some room types may have age restrictions and may not accommodate guests below a certain age.

All rooms in our property are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in any guest room.
Check-in is not possible after 05:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking.
Even if your reservation does not include meals, it may be possible to arrange dinner or breakfast with an additional charge. However, this may not be available on certain days.

Due to regional differences in the air conditioners in guest rooms, errors may occur suddenly.
In that case, we will bring an oil fan heater to your room.
