Very practical with a washer and dryer, two showers and a kitchenette. Make sure to clean the little lint filter before putting on a load of clothes to improve drying cycle.

A twobedroom apartment with a small kitchen and dining table. You can use the luggage storage and toilet before checking in or after checking out. The location is between the Keihan line, the Gion-Shijo and Kiyomizugojo stations, both within walking distance. Checked in at the reception near kyoto station and took the shuttle bus to the property. The staff and driver were friendly. The lighting is a bit dark for my liking, but overall a pleasant stay and great value.

Lokasinya bagus, sangat dekat dengan Kuil Kiyomizu dan Gion. Nilai CPA sangat tinggi, hanya 4000 ND (termasuk pajak akomodasi) untuk menginap di kamar untuk empat orang selama satu malam. Mereka juga memiliki mesin cuci dan pengering sendiri, setrika, dapur kecil, peralatan makan. Anda harus check-in dari Stasiun Kyoto terlebih dahulu. Setelah check-in, kami akan menawarkan layanan antar-jemput dari Stasiun Kyoto ke hotel!

Harganya sepadan sama yang didapet, terutama buat mesin cucinya yang gak ngeringin pakaian sama gak ada tempat buat gantung baju. Udah gitu, meski panci didapurnya kecil, tapi kompor sama microwavenya lumayan kecil. Abis itu, meski ukuran dapurnya gak gede, namun suhunya lumayan hangat pas bulan Juni. Terus, posisinya pun strategis, terutama ke kota tua dan akses ke segala arah dengan jalan kaki.

Excellent hotel reminiscent of a guesthouse! If you have bags, make sure to use the free shuttle service and collect the keys at the office directly across from kyoto station. There is no need to return to the office because key return is delivered directly to the hotel. The room was contemporary, cozy, and spotless, with a washer and dryer, wifi, a small kitchen, and basic utensils. Excellent location with easy access to the kanwaramachi district and the gianon district. Given the location, the room is a reasonable size. Read the instruction manual in the room, which provides a wealth of useful recommendations for nearby restaurants and places to eat, as well as how to use the washer dryer if you dont know japanese.

Excellent lodging in a prime area, conveniently located near Gion attractions like the kamogawa river and kiyomizudera temple. Its also simple to get to kyoto station from the nearby bus station, kawaramachi matsubara. It costs between 1200 and 1400 yen to take a taxi from kyoto station to stay at the residence, so sharing a taxi with more people is a better option. There are maiko passing by at night, and the lodging is encircled by a charming street. The rooms are really pleasant and wellequipped with basic toiletries, cutlery, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, and a complimentary bottle of water. The washerdryer in the room is a great convenience. To avoid filthy clothing before using the washing machine, it is crucial to clean the drum. Additionally, washing clothes may need to be dried twice because the first cycle may not be sufficient, and drying takes more than 6 hours. Despite these minor issues, i would definitely consider returning in the future.

The location is excellent and reasonably priced. ResiStay staff are incredibly friendly and helpful in locating you at your accommodation, even offering a complimentary shuttle there!.

I absolutely adored it! It was well worth the effort from checkin to checkout, as they were extremely accommodating. The place is impeccably clean and boasts spacious spaces. I extend my gratitude to the incredibly accommodating and accommodating resi stay.

Super appartement dans le quartier de Gion de Kyoto. Situé dans une rue calme avec beaucoup de charme. Arrêt de métro ou de bus à deux pas. Super bien situé, pour visiter Kyoto et les villes voisines. Le navette mise à disposition pour rejoindre l’appartement est très pratique. Une bagagerie est à disposition si on arrive plus tôt. Mon séjour dans ce logement a été très agréable.
