This was my second visit to Aso District. This time, my wife and I spent some quality time with mama santo. It's a beautiful place to relax and chill. The staff is very friendly and kind. I strongly recommend visitors to go and feel their zen atmosphere.

When I tried to make a reservation at Yamamizuki as a different traveler, Mama Santo was recommended to me. The two resorts are adjacent to the Yamamizuki entrance. The actual beginning of Santo is modern but boring. It was fantastic, because Santas own begins are contemporary yet monotonous. The resort is a couple of kilometers outside of the community, we had a rental car, but they also provide a shuttle service to and from the village. We paid around 250 euros per person per night, which is a lot. We had a lot of expectation. Breakfast and a sevencourse Japanese supper were included in the cost. Our unit was a be, so it had an additional bathtub outside and everything we could want, including an espresso machine. We werent disappointed. We simply wish we could have remained longer!.

Mama Santo is located in a small beginning town called Kurokawa onset, which is known as one of the most lovely starting towns in Japan. There are many Romans in this town, some with their own unique beginning in their rooms, and some with public baths in the Roman. In the town there are several public bathhouses that you can visit while wearing your kata and sandals. As there are numerous beginning Romans in this area, the check-in signage for the kurokawa, Japan-style starting romans was fairly low. At last, we were directed to the appropriate entrance, which appeared to be fairly empty. A lady who spoke Mandarin checked us in promptly and pointed us towards the correct parking lot, which appeared to be empty. The first living room, which had a balcony, was the bedroom, and as a result of customary Japanese onset, the living room has a large bed, a wardrobe, and a table outside where you can unwind. The bedroom is on the second story, and the area has a view of the mountain or the sea, which is more serene than I had anticipated. The room is a spacious living room, and there is a larger and more open bathroom with two chair and a foot rest. A large coffee machine, a kettle, and the restroom, is located inside. This roman was fantastic! I loved the layout and the surroundings, very quaint and peaceful. We had a type room which was half of a detached cottage, facing the expansive fields at the bottom of the village. We had a room in the bedroom, which was half of a cottage and had a window that was spacious with an indoor onset and shower and plenty of electric sockets! It was so comfy, cozy, and warm since it was still 3 degrees outside in late march that made you want to remain inside and spend more time in the room. You can also use other public onset properties of their sister properties with more interesting locations e. G. F. To cap off the evening, we booked a room massage that was a shiatsustyle massage using finger pressure. As a light version of the chinese tui na, I wont suggest it to those who are accustomed to more intense and deeptissue massages, but it was perfect for us after onset and right before slumber.

It makes a quieter place. I can buy anything I need even though the place is far from the city center. However, the price is not repeatable and I could utilize the outdoor hot springs in affiliate roman yamamizuki and shinmeikan. The food quality is also of the highest caliber in hotels. The city center of Kurokawa is just one weakness.. But it's not a major weakness.
