チェックインは15時からです。
チェックアウトは11時までです。
早めに来られたい、または遅くに出たいのリクエストがある方は必ず前もってご連絡ください。事前連絡がなく時間を厳守されない場合は時間単位で料金を請求いたします。
承認制：レイトチェックアウトは12時まで可能で、追加料金10,000円かかります。（事前にご連絡ください）

下記の点にご配慮の上、ご使用い頂きますようお願い致します。
１. 近隣の方々への配慮をお願い致します。
　・花火は禁止させて頂いております。
　・深夜早朝での大声での会話はお控え下さい。
２. 室内は禁煙です、タバコの匂いがあれば３万円請求せていただきます。
３. バーベキュー用丸椅子は台所横の小部屋に入れています。ご自由にお使い下さい。
４. 湯は電気給湯機を使用しています。給湯機の湯が無くなるとお湯は出なく
なります。大勢の方でご使用されますと湯量が足らない場合がございます。
壁に有る給湯パネルの湯量をご確認の上ご利用頂きますようお願い致します。
５. トイレでは備え付けのトイレットペーパー以外は流さないで下さい。
６. 予約人数以上の寝具をご使用されますと使用料として1セット2,000円追加請求させて頂きます。お子様のやむを得ない事情等に付きましてはその限りではございません。
７. 宿泊人数が８人以下の場合、１〜４番部屋のみご利用ください、 宿泊人数９人以上の場合のみ５〜６番部屋を開放致します。
※布団やアメニティー等は人数分のみご用意いたします。予約の際、宿泊人数のお間違いにお気を付け下さいませ。変更があった場合素早くご連絡くださいませ。

When checking in and checking out, please follow the instructions.
- In an endeavor to ensure that neither guests nor neighbors are inconvenienced at any point in time, I have listed a few rules that you are requested to familiarize yourself with prior to travel.
• Self check-in and checkout
• Check-in: from 3:00 pm • Check-out: by 11:00 am
•If you wish to arrive early or depart late, please be sure to contact us in advance. In the absence of prior notice and failure to adhere to the specified times, charges will be applied on an hourly basis.
•Late checkout until 1200 is possible at an extra cost of 10,000JPY (Guests need to tell us in advance)

• Conserve energy (air-conditioner, lights, etc.) when not in use.
• Do not put toilet paper in the bin – flush it. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
• Use slippers in the room – keep usual footwear at the entrance.
• Treat the house like your own – keep it clean.
• Handle all items with care – do not take anything outside of the house.
• Do not inconvenience or bother the neighbors
– contact me for all questions and issues that may arise.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors – please step out if you would like to smoke. If we find evidence of indoor smoking, we will have to charge you a hefty fine of 30,000 JPY.
• Please put all the garbage in trash bags.
• Fireworks are not allowed on the premises as it is a fire hazard
• Please make sure to keep your volume down after 8PM so as to not inconvenience the neighbors. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave.
• Please make sure that you only use the number of bedding for the guests reserved, if you use more bedding than the number of guests reserved, we will charge an additional 2,000 yen for each extra set used.
