Absolutely amazing stay at this Ryokan. We stayed one night as part of a 3-week Japan trip and it felt like a holiday within a holiday. Everything impeccable, friendly service and fantastic comfort. The meals were out of this world good, our room had a private Onsen which was amazing, but there's also an outdoor Onsen which you can enjoy at pretty much any time. Lovely stay!

溫泉酒店的職員服務非常親切專業酒店房間及設備新而且乾淨而且別棟悠佳亭不招待兒童所以非常安靜露天溫泉座園設計優雅另亦有免費私人風呂可使用全部在入住時間內都可使用因防疫限制溫泉使用人數用平板電腦可實時見到各溫泉使用人數不會白行一趟

交通：由於我們是包車旅遊，到酒店的時候司機和車子會離開，酒店職員立即安排膳食及安排時間接載我們準時到達觀賞煙花的地點，很貼心。翌日早餐後，職員亦詢問是否需要接載我們到什麼地方，感覺有賓至如歸。食物：精緻好味，非常棒服務：朋友把手鏈遺留在溫泉的locker內，我第二天email酒店，他們立即把手鏈寄到我們在大阪的酒店，服務快捷迅速有禮，非常感謝！

環境十分寧靜，雖然地方不是太大但因為房間不多所以不是太多人。有二個公共溫泉同一個付費私人溫泉，溫泉地方不大，但我二次去都沒有人，好像包場咁。3-6點可在大堂餐飲領取一杯免費嘢飲，可以浸完溫泉去飲番杯，好貼心的諗法。房間都算大十分乾淨沒有異味，而雪櫃內的飲料是免費供應有綠茶，水，啤酒。早餐和晚餐都好好吃，種類都多。員工十分友善同禮貌令我今次旅程過得十分舒適。

Situated at a very nice and quiet location, Suihoen was a fantastic and a high-end place to stay. Their hospitality, food, and facilities were beyond our expectations. Their indoor and outdoor Onsen were pleasant, and our room with a private Onsen was so relaxing and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast served were delicious because of its local rice, vegetables, special tofu and beef. We highly recommend Suihoen for anyone who look for an authentic kaiseki Ryokan experience in a wonderful hot spring environment.

Excellent service from the moment I parked my car in the parking lot next to the front entrance. They assisted us for our luggage and the seamless check in. The room is bigger than the normal Japanese style bedroom, and a separated room for changing and luggages. The private onsen on the 2nd floor and the public ones on the 5th floor are the must visit during the stay. The dinner came in 14 courses and the hida beef is unbeatable, and the breakfast is fantastic too.

I had a japanese room with an outdoor private entrance. In my room, free drinks, breakfast, and dinner are provided. The suihouen own brand sake was perfect for kiseki supper. Local cuisine such as hero fish, miso on leave, etc. was available during the season. Suihouen has its own taxi from London to collect your drop off from hero station, this was a unique experience. Gaschomura village is directly across from Suihouen, so don't miss out on this opportunity to check it out!.

My friend and I had a private entrance in our room and were served breakfast and dinner by a lovely lady who I was embarrassed not to receive. The food was very traditional Japanese which I found difficult, but it wasn't enough for me to give it less than five stars, as that's my issue. The hotel is five minutes' walk from the morning market and Gassho Village, which has a museum of domain stone london shino shrine guardians and a collection of traditional hint mature dolls.

The motel is located slightly from O'Connor Street. The hotel gave me the impression of a family-run little onset hotel with meticulous attention to detail and friendly and friendly employees. But the public bath was small and the cuisine wasn't impressive.

This Hidden Gem in Hero is this. I reserved a hide beef set lunch. A six-course lunch for 300 yen. High quality and food. And let's not forget the excellent service from the employees! After lunch, I reserved a private entrance room. It has both an indoor and outdoor entrance area. There is a bath and a changing area. You can't ask for more than 2200 yen for two people in 45 minutes! It takes 20 minutes to get to Hero Station, but it's worthwhile. Furthermore, the village and gasshomura museum are only a five-minute walk away. Schoen gasshomura tickets will also save you 100 yen.

There are 2 launching points - one on the roof and one on level 1. The onsets are pretty little, but typically not packed due to the lack of rooms and the fact that the public doesn't usually hike uphill to this location. They are a little outside of the main tourist district and closer to the river. This roman is incredibly close to Gassho village. It is easy to get from town to or from the station because the hotel has its own transport, but it takes only 15 minutes to walk downhill and 20 minutes to climb back to the Roman. The Roma itself has very friendly personnel. A few employees can communicate in English, and they made an effort to make sure we were always taken care of. Half board for breakfast and dinner is provided in the room price, which is japanesestyle kiseki 12 courses! For dinner and typical japanese brunch with rice or porridge, pickles, vegetables, fish, among other things. The food was of high quality and large quantity. There are two beginnings: one on level 1 and one on the roof. They are quite small, but typically not very packed because there are few rooms, and the public rarely climb to this location.
