It was a nice room in a convenient location! Would definitely consider staying at again. Self check-in is new to me, but it was fairly simple. Note to travelers that there is no space to store your bags before check-in until your room is ready, but there are public lockers nearby that are large enough for a big suitcase. Overall a good experience!

Very comfortable stay. Host anticipated any needed things and had them available. It was clean and every thing looked like new. Noticeably Quiet. Google sent us to the wrong location. Not the host's fault just be aware. Only thing that would have been more helpful would be more detail on how to use Japanese remotes for TV and AC and Washing machine. There was a translation for the buttons but not enough about function. This was common for most of our stays.

The room is comfy and clean. It is a bit far from the stations and walking distance is a bit off, we walked longer time than expected. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with the washer/dryer.

Finding the entrance was a little confusing but once you find it, then it's easy. I would write a note that it's to the right of the clinic and go through the sliding glass door. other than that, excellent!

The room was amazingly spacious for Japan standard Very clean Facilities are unbelievably useful and the best use of space Location excellent access to Dotonbori, Namba Kuromon market Best- airport Shuttle from Doton plaza Easy to reach to hotel from Airport too Don’t take Namba Just take Doton plaza then straight 5-10 min walk to reach hotel Nipponbashi station exist 7 was very close to go any where Everyday we came back to the room after exhausting trip we felt like coming home Definitely will stay again if we ever come back to the Osaka

This apartment was modern, but a little bit on smaller side. We had 2 adults and a teen in our room and it was tight at times. The beds are pretty small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably but we made it work ok. Our kitchen chairs were butted up to 1 bed so there is not alot of space to move around. The bath, laundry and kitchen are were all really new and it was great to have laundry and drying shower. Apartment is minimally stocked. We would have appreciated a broom or other cleaning supplies as we stayed for a week and it got dusty. Location was in very close proximity to Dontonbouri area and aprox a 10+ min walk to closest train station. Combini is very close, maybe 2 min walk. No luggage storage onsite but there are coin luggage lockers down the street close to Combini. Overall this was a nice modern apartment just a little tight quarters for our American family at times.

Very spacious and convenient location, close enough to Dotonbori markets to walk but far away enough to not be kept up by the crowd. Laundry machine in the room is very helpful. About a 7min walk from the airport limousine drop off.

오사카 호텔 여러군데 가봤지만. 이번 숙소가 가장 깨끗하고 사용하기 좋았어요 아이들도 침대가 따로 떨어져 있으니 아이들끼리 싸울 필요도 없고 공간이 충분 넓어서 짐 놓고도 넓게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 특히 주방이 넓어 포장해오고, 재료손질도 쉽게 할 수 있었습니다. 4박 5일동안 편하게 잘 쉬다 올수 있었습니다. 특히, 직원분 제가 많은 질문을 했는데. 바로바로 친절하게 응답해주셔서 감사했습니다.
