House Rules

(1) All rooms are non-smoking.
In Japan, smoking outside of designated areas is a violation of the ordinance, so please do not smoke outdoors or on nearby roads.Please be aware that if a violation is discovered and reported, you will be subject to fines and may develop into trouble or litigation with the neighbors.

(2) Please sort garbage and put it in the garbage cans provided in the room.Please let us know if the trash in the room is full.

(3) Large items such as suitcases are considered bulky waste and will be charged separately.
If you would like to dispose of large garbage, please contact us in advance.
If you leave it in the room without contacting us, we will charge a penalty fee.
In addition, garbage from the accommodation facility falls under "business garbage" and cannot be disposed of in the nearby general garbage area.If you violate this rule, you may be subject to a suspension of business, so please be sure to dispose of it at the designated location of the facility and not in the nearby garbage area.

(4) The area around the facility is a residential area.Please refrain from loud conversations outside, occupying the road in front of the facility, or entering the neighboring premises, as these are nuisance behaviors.
In particular, conversations outdoors are prohibited between 8 pm and 8 am the next morning.
Please comply as it may cause trouble with neighbors or reports.

(5) During your stay, you may be affected by external factors such as construction noise, the sounds of neighboring residents, and temporary odors.If you contact us, we will check the situation as much as possible and take measures to reduce noise and check the cause of the smell.
However, please note that we are unable to provide refunds or discounts for these events that occur outside the facility.

(6) Please return the dishes and fixtures installed in the room to their original places when you leave, and do not take them home.In the unlikely event that we find that you have taken any of the equipment with you, we will charge you the cost of purchasing an equivalent item.Also, please be sure to contact us if you break or damage any of the fixtures, such as breaking a cup or dish, or staining the sheets.We will not charge you, especially if it is unintentional or if the equipment is inexpensive.
However, we appreciate your cooperation in understanding the situation for the maintenance of the room.
If we find any damage or soiling of the equipment after you leave, we may charge you for the actual cost of repairing, cleaning, or purchasing a replacement.

(7) If vomiting or soiling occurs due to drinking in the room, we will charge 50,000 yen for cleaning and disinfecting the vomit and soiling from a hygiene management perspective.
Please also note that if the futons, bedding, fixtures, etc. are soiled or damaged, you will be charged the actual cost.

(8) Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
We will clean after check-out, so please help us by checking out on time.
Please be sure to contact us in advance if you think you will be past the check-out time.
The cleaning staff will be waiting nearby at the check-out time.If you check out late without contacting us and the cleaning staff has to wait, we will charge a standby fee.
In addition, if you check out after the check-out time without permission, we may charge you up to 30,000 yen separately as a penalty.

(9) Please be careful not to leave anything behind.If you leave anything in the facility, you will need to come and get it yourself.* Please note that we are not responsible for anything during the storage period.
Also, if we don't hear from you within 2 weeks of your check-out date, we will discard it.

(10) Use of the parking lot
When parking, please do not park so that it protrudes from the premises.

(11) For stays of less than a week, there is no cleaning or change of towels or sheets.Please use the indoor washing machine as needed.
For stays of one week or more, we will provide one free basic cleaning (collection of indoor garbage) and linen change.
Please let me know if you'd like additional cleaning.Cleaning and linen changes after the second time will be charged.

(12) Insect infestations
We take extra care to clean and prevent insects, but in rare cases, insects may enter from outside when windows and doors are opened and closed.
Please note that insect infestations are due to external factors and are not eligible for a refund.
We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation.

(13) Emergency telephone numbers for fire, accident, etc. are 119 (fire, ambulance) and 110 (police).
In the event of an emergency, please be sure to call or message the facility only.

(14) Violation of house rules
If you do not follow the above rules and the neighbors report or complain to the police, you will be charged a penalty of 50,000 yen.In addition, if a violation results in a suspension of business, we may charge you for damages.Representatives are asked to inform all guests of the house rules and to ensure that all guests comply with them.
