Hotel was nice to stay provided a traditional Japanese experience. However, the toilet room is too small and the air conditioner is not placed equally for all rooms. Overall, really good experience for a place to stay whilst exploring Japan and excellent customer service. Arigato gozaimasu!

The apartment is neat and wellkept, its close to the station. At night, you may hear some noises, such as opening or closing the door. There is plenty of room for a couple.

I dont often write reviews. I spent five nights here, two in room c and three in the a. The hotel is conveniently located near oshiage station. Without using the stairs, it is advised to enter and exit exit b 3. At exit 3 is sytay supermarket life. Shopping is quite simple. When you run downstairs, you can see the skytree immediately, and the hotel agrees to extend the checkin until 12.00. There isnt much storage space in this room, which is strange. Its disgusting that the pillows provided are all covered in hair. This is extremely uncomfortable to sleep for five days. In the room there is no closet, nor am i even sure where to put things. Children may enjoy bathing in hot water at night or in early morning. Kids may find the water temperature to be acceptable. Later, when adults wash, they discover that it doesnt work. Although the apartment has two bedrooms and one living area, there only exists one air conditioner, with all of the air outlets concentrated in one location, making it difficult to find privacy. Finding the management team is also due to the design of each air outlet, as the hall is connected to top of both rooms, thus it makes it unsuitable for privacy 8

The location is close to the metro. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for a family trip.
