1. Check-in and Check-out
• Self-check-in: Available from 3:00 PM on the day of your stay.
• Key Retrieval: A key box is attached to the door handle. Please use the provided password to open it and retrieve your room key.
• Password: Sent to you by 3:00 PM on the day of check-in.
• Check-out: At 10:00 AM on the day of departure. No extensions are offered. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Usage Notes
• Door Locking: The door is not auto-locking. Please lock it with the key when leaving.
• Lights: Please turn off the lights when exiting the room.
3. Guest Information Registration
• Form: Fill out the registration form on the table with the names of all guests staying.
• Identification: Send images of identification documents for all guests before check-in.（If you are coming from a country other than Japan, according to the regulations of the Japanese Health Center, please be sure to send a photo of the passport photo page of all guests staying one day before check-in. Thank you for your cooperation.）
4. Amenities
• Linens and Towels: Prepared for the number of guests on check-in day. Additional items are not provided; contact us in advance if needed.
• Bathroom Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided; toothbrushes are not included.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the room. Penalties may apply for violations.
• Luggage Storage: Available on the first floor. Inform staff before use.
• Internet: All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi.

Additional Notices:
• Staircase Access: We apologize for any inconvenience, our hotel does not have an elevator—only stairs. Your understanding is appreciated.
• Smoking Area: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A designated smoking area is available near the parking lot on the first floor.
