Please agree to the following prohibitions. If you violate the rules, you may claim damages. Please understand the rules and always observe them.

* For stays of 7 consecutive nights or more, intermediate cleaning will be performed for security management and inspection.
There is no room cleaning during your stay up to 6 nights, unless requested separately.
A security check and replacement of sheets and towels will be charged ¥ 3,500 every 7 nights.
(In the case of 8 nights, the intermediate cleaning fee is 3,500 yen / in the case of 14 nights, the intermediate cleaning fee is 7,000 yen)
Regarding the extra fee, we will inform you the payment method after booking is confirmed.

* Please note that linen is not available for same-day reservations.

* If you use a BBQ grill, an additional cleaning fee of ¥ 1,500 will be charged.
Please make a declaration when using the service and use it after payment.

* This hotel strives to prevent underage drinking and smoking, as well as illegal use by all guests and the use of anti-social forces.
Please note that the representative may be an adult, and you may be required to submit a copy of your ID to confirm your identity.

-Please use the room neatly.
-Please take off your shoes.
-No smoking inside.
-Pets are strictly prohibited.
-Please separate garbage.
-Never throw trash out of the house. It is prohibited to use the common garbage dump.
-Illegal activities and unethical activities are prohibited.
-Removal of house equipment from the room and willful damages will be subject to compensation.
-Take care when handling fire. (Cooking gas, tobacco)
-It is forbidden to make noise on the terrace or in the parking lot at midnight.
-Be sure to lay a futon when you sleep on the sofa bed.

Regarding restrictions on the use of the hotel's outdoor facilities (terrace, pool, jacuzzi, etc.) due to bad weather, etc., we will apply the cancellation policy as stipulated regardless of the purpose of your stay. Please note.
