利用規約
▲　宿泊施設は登録済みのゲストのみが利用できます。予約者以外の立ち入りは禁止です（駐車場、デッキ、プールを含む）
▲　パーティー禁止です
▲　日中も大きな音はご遠慮ください（音楽、プールへの飛び込み、大声での会話など）
▲　BBQやプールなどの野外のご利用はは20:30までに終了 し、その後は屋内で静かにお過ごしください。
▲　施設内全て(室内)禁煙となります。BBQデッキで喫煙できます。
▲　クワイエットタイム　午後20時～午前8時まで
▲ チェックアウト（午前10:00）の時間を厳守してください

ご予約時に申請していない、宿泊施設に招待された、または宿泊施設（家、デッキ、プール、駐車所、など）へのアクセスを提供された知り合いの方に対しては、ホストによって追加料金がゲストに請求される場合があります。

★★★宿泊の方の安全のために家の外壁には防犯カメラが設置されています。
防犯カメラは4台あります(録画録音、野外のみ)。1台は玄関ドアの周りに設置され、門、玄関、駐車場全体を監視している。2台目は家の外からプールデッキへの入り口を監視するカメラ、3台目はプールデッキの入り口、プール、螺旋階段を映すカメラ、4台目はBBQデッキの手すり周辺を映すカメラです。この施設はハイグレードな無人施設であり、カメラはゲストの安全と安心のため、また盗難、破壊行為、詐欺、侵入などの行為を防止するために設置されていますのでご了承ください。

ご宿泊人数追加チャージについて
▲ 6名様までは基本宿泊料金にてご宿泊いただけます。
▲ 7名様〜は、お一人様1泊につき20,000円の追加チャージが発生いたします。（人数追加チャージ対象：2歳以上～料金一律）
※ 追加チャージはシーズンによって変動します。ご予約時にご宿泊人数をご入力いただくと、自動的に料金が追加されて計算されます。

予約確定後:
ご予約の確定後に施設利用規約とプール利用に関する同意書をお送りします。お読みになり、ご理解とご同意確認をお願いいたします。
注意：施設利用規約およびプールに関する同意書をご確認いただけない場合、ご予約をキャンセルさせていただくことがあります。

チェックインの流れ
当施設はセルフチェックインです。ご宿泊予定の当日14:00～15:00頃にメッセージにて、キーBOXの暗証番号をお送り致します。

チェックアウトの流れ
チェックアウト時にカギをキーBOXにお戻しください
▲ 鍵を紛失した場合は、交換費用とし3万円をご請求させていただきます。
ご注意点
▲ 登録者以外は施設全てに　（家、デッキ、駐車所、など）は立ち入り禁止です
▲ パーティーは禁止です
▲ チェックアウト（午前10：00）の時間を厳守してください。ハウスクリーニングは次のお客様が来るまでに時間がかかります。ご配慮ください。
▲ 宿泊中に施設や施設の設備を破損した場合は、必ずホストにお知らせください。チェックアウト後に損傷が見つかった場合は、修理費用を請求する場合があります。
▲ 玄関やテラスの入り口で必ず靴を脱いで、外出するときは必ず靴を履いてください。
▲ 室内、プールデッキに入る前に足についた砂を洗い流してください。プールデッキ入口横に温水シャワー、施設入口右側に水ホースがございます。
▲ 清掃は除菌作業を含め4－5時間程度の清掃時間を要しております。著しく汚れており清掃時間が追加になる場合は別途清掃料金の追徴金を頂戴致します。
▲ 施設全てでの事故については、当方は一切責任を負いません。室内、お風呂、テラスやデッキ、プール、駐車場 等十分お気をつけください。特に小さいお子様へはくれぐれも目を離さない様にお気をつけください。
▲ 午後8時から午前8時まではクワイエットタイムです。夜間は音量を下げてください。夜10時以降は屋内にお戻りください。
▲ ご宿泊前に必ずハウスルールの詳細とチェックイン手順をお読みください。
▲ プール利用に関する同意書（別途ゲストにお送りします）をよくお読みになり、ご理解と同意のうえご利用ください。またすべてのゲストにその詳細を説明してくだい。
▲ お客様の安全のため、ガラス製のグラスの使用は禁止です⇒代わりに割れない高品質のワイングラスとドリンクグラスをご用意しております。
▲ 家はセルフチェックイン/セルフチェックアウトで、滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っています。持参する必要があるのは、ビーチタオル、食べ物と飲み物だけです。

▲ガスグリルを使う前に必ずマニュアルをお読みください。
▲バーベキュー施設は、登録されたゲストのためだけに用意されたプライベートな施設です。他のお客様のご利用はできません。
▲BBQは夜8時頃まで使用可能。
【注意1】使い終わりましたら、ガスと電気を消すのを忘れずにお願いします。
消し忘れると危険なだけでなく、追加ガス代が発生する場合がありますのでご注意ください。
【注意２】グリルは使用中に熱くなりますので、特にお子様にはやけどがないようにご注意ください。

※ 終わりましたらガスを必ず消してください。BBQで出ました食べ残しなどのゴミは昆虫やカラスを引き付けますので、BBQ後に片付けしてから室内にお入りください。

ゴミについて
缶、ビン、ペットボトル、可燃ゴミは分別し、それぞれ専用のゴミ箱（室内）に入れてください。可燃ゴミは専用の袋（キッチンシンク下にります）に入れ、施設ポーチから左側の道路沿いに設置してある大型ゴミ収集容器に出してください。

プールのご利用について
ご予約の直後に送らせていただきます、「プール利用に関する同意書」をお読みいただき、ご理解と同意のご返信の上ご利用ください。「プール利用に関する同意書」に同意いただけない場合は、ご予約をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
▲ 温水プール利用可能な期間は4月1日から10月31日の間です。
▲ 温水機能は有料です。1日／16,000円。プールを温めるには時間がかかりますので、事前予約が必要です。

ペットルール
注意：ペット類はプールの利用（入水）禁止です！
▲ 1滞在につきペット3匹までです（大きさによって宿泊不可の可能性があります）
▲ [ペット料金] 1匹/ 6,000円/泊。　
▲ ペットは散歩などで外に出した後、家に入れる前には必ず足の汚れなどを拭いてから室内へ入れてください。入口に専用タオルをご用意しています。
▲ ペットをベッドやソファーにのせないでください。
▲ ペットが床に糞尿などしないように、必ず散歩させてください。万一発生した場合は、できるだけ早く掃除してください。
▲ チェックアウト時にペットの排泄物を家の中、デッキ、駐車所に放置しないでください。かならず袋などに密閉の上、ゴミ箱に捨ててください
▲ ソファカバーはソファーの上に置いてあるようにしてください
▲ ペットの毛などが落ちた場合は、掃除機で掃除してください

プール利用に関する同意書
プール、プールエリア、上部デッキ利用に関する同意書

当施設のプールには、プール監視員は常駐しておりません。 ご利用に際しての安全は、ご自身の責任または保護者様の監督責任となりますことを十分にご理解ください。
※保護者とは、特に子供の親、または親に代わる者成人で未成年者などを保護する義務のある人。

ゲストは、プール、プールエリア、デッキ、プール周辺の階段（コンクリート床、螺旋階段等）の使用には特別な危険が伴う場合があり、プール、プールエリアの使用は宿泊客の自己責任であることを了解します。ゲストは、プール、プールエリアの使用から生じるいかなる身体的傷害に対しても全責任を負うものとし、当施設の所有者には一切の責任を問いません。ゲストは、プール及びプールエリアが、注意深く監督されていないお子様にとって潜在的な危険があること、また、プール及びプールエリアを使用する人が健康上のリスクを抱えている場合、または酩酊状態、何らかの薬物や薬剤を使用している場合、または妊娠している場合にプールを使用する人にとっての危険があることを理解します。ゲストは、当施設に一緒に滞在する全ての他のゲストにこれらの危険性を説明し、ゲストが被る可能性のある事故に対して全面的かつ単独で責任を負うことに同意します。子連れのゲストは、プールエリアへの出入り口が常に安全ロックで施錠されていることを確認することに同意します。ゲストは、利用時に負った、または他のゲストに負わせた怪我や事故等の一切の責任を負うものとし、当施設側には一切の責任を問いません。

プール＆プールエリア、デッキのルール
★ デッキや階段、プールサイドからの飛び込みは禁止です！
★ 走らないでください！
★ お子さまから目を離さないようご注意ください！
★ プールデッキでガラスは絶対に使用しないでください！
★ プール付近での飲食は禁止です！

1. プールの水深は、プール階段側が140cmぐらい、反対側が160cmぐらいです。
プールにはライフガードは常駐しておりませんので、16歳未満のお子様がプールおよびプールエリアをご利用になる場合は、必ず保護者の監視のもとでご利用ください。
2. プールエリアを含むデッキへのドアには安全ロックが設置されています。お子連れのゲストは必ず安全ロックをご利用ください。詳細はハウスマニュアルに記載されています。
3. 飲酒後、酩酊状態、薬物を使用した状態でのプールへの入場は危険ですのでご遠慮ください。
4. 両方のデッキや螺旋階段、プールサイドからの飛び込みは禁止する！
5. プールデッキ周辺では、いかなるガラスも使用しないでください。万が一、ガラスを割られた場合は、プールの清掃・水の入れ替えが必要となります。その際の費用として10万円をご請求させていただく場合がございます。
6.　プール及びプールデッキに飲食物を持ち込まないでください。万が一、プールの水が汚染された場合は、プールの水の入れ替え及び清掃費用として10万円をご請求させていただく場合がございます。
7.　プールデッキでのジャンプ、ランニング、バク転、サマーサルト等の過激な行為は禁止です。
8.　螺旋階段の下や隣を通る時は、頭を打たないようにご注意ください。
9.　プールデッキや階段付近は滑りやすいので、ご注意ください。
10.　伝染性の病気や症状がある場合は、プールに入らないでください。
11.　プールは24時間ご利用いただけますが、騒がないようにお願いいたします。午後8時から午前8時の間は静かにしてください。
12.　プールおよびその他の施設は、登録された宿泊者のみが利用できます。
13.　 おむつが取れていない子供には、水遊び用おむつを着用のうえ、ご利用ください。
14.　特にお子様は、入水前に必ずお手洗いをお済ませいただき、プールご利用中もこまめにお手洗いにお連れください。
15.　プールをご利用の際は、必ず適切な水着を着用してください。
16.　衛生上、プールに入る前にシャワーを浴びてください。
17.　プールの水は室内の家具を漂白・損傷させる可能性がありますので、プールの後は着替えてから室内のベッド、ソファー、椅子をご利用ください。
18.　施設所有者は、本規則に従わないいかなる行為についても、お客様に中止を勧告する権利を有します。
19.　プール及びその他の施設のご利用は、全てゲスト/利用者の責任において行っていただきます。所有者/ホストは、プール及びその他の施設内で発生した人身事故、物損事故、傷害等に対して一切の責任を負いません。
20.　緊急の場合は、直ちに緊急サービスまたは施設所有者に連絡してください。

≪IMPORTANT≫
By confirming your reservation, we assume that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

VILLA SEA-ESTA
TERMS & CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES

★ Property is for the use of registered guests ONLY.
★ No parties allowed.
★ No excessive noise is allowed during the daytime (including loud music, jumping into the pool, or loud conversations
★ Please finish the BBQ by about 20:30 PM and then move indoors and keep quiet.
★ STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Guests can smoke outside at the BBQ deck.
★ Please do not delay the 10 am checkout time. House cleaning takes time before the next guest arrives. Please be considerate.
★ Quite hours 8pm-8am

GUEST ACCESS
CHECK-IN 3:00 PM
CHECK-OUT 10:00 AM
Guest can use all property space except for the inside stock storage and outside storage (locked).

NUMBER OF GUESTS
★ As a rule, the maximum number of guests is 12 people. Please contact us if you have more than 12 guests.
★ We do not accept the use of the property (house, decks, pool, parking, etc.) or accommodation by anyone other than those who registered at the time of booking.
★ Please be sure to provide all necessary information about all guests at the time of booking, even if you have an infant.
★ Extra fees will be charged to a Guest by a Host for additional individuals invited to, or otherwise provided access to, the Accommodation who are not registered in advance.

NOTE: Security cameras on site (video and audio recording). OUTSIDE ONLY
There are 4 security cameras. One camera is set up around the front entrance door, monitoring the gate, entrance, and the entire parking lot. The second camera is set up to monitor the entrance to the pool deck from outside the house, the third camera shows the entrance to the pool deck, the pool area, and the spiral staircase, and the fourth camera shows the area around the railing on the BBQ deck. This is a high-grade unmanned facility, and the cameras are set for the guests’ safety and security, as well as for prevention of any activities of theft, vandalism, fraud or break-ins.　

ABOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Up to 6 people can stay at the same rate.
Above 6 guests, an additional charge of 20,000 yen will be charged per person per night. (Children of 2 years old+ are charged at an adult rate. Infants up to 2 years old stay for free, co-sleeping).
Note: Additional charge differs depending on the season. When you enter the number of guests at the time of booking, the charge will be added automatically and calculated.

AFTER THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED:
★ You will be sent the house rules and the WAIVER OF LIABILITY SWIMMING POOL and SWIMMING POOL AREAS, UPPER DECKS. Please read carefully and confirm that you understood and agreed with everything.
PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t confirm the WAIVER OF LIABILITY SWIMMING POOL, your reservation can be cancelled.

BEFORE CHECK-IN
Before the arrival, please be sure to provide the following information to the Host.
★ Guest’s Full Name and phone number for emergency contact
★ Full names of all accompanying persons
★ Addresses of all accompanying persons
★ Phone numbers of all accompanying persons
★ Professions of all accompanying persons
★ Passports front page copy. (Only for those who live overseas)

CHECK-IN FLOW
Self-check-in. We will send you the PIN code of the key box by a message between 14:00-15:00 on the day of your arrival.

CHECK-OUT FLOW
Please return the key to the key box at checkout
▲ If you lose your key, we will charge 30,000 yen as a replacement fee.

IMPORTANT! OTHER THINGS AND RULES TO NOTE:
▲ Unregistered guests are not allowed to all facilities (houses, decks, pool area, parking, etc.)
▲ No party allowed.
▲ Please do not delay the checkout. House cleaning takes time before the next guest arrives. Please be considerate.
▲ Please be sure to let us know if you accidentally damaged the facility/facility equipment or furniture. We may charge you for the cost of repair or replacement if we find damage to equipment after you check out.
▲ Please take off your shoes at the entrance and put your shoes on when going out. We prepared inhouse slippers for all guests.
▲ Please wash the sand off your legs before entering the house, and the pool. There is a shower next to Pool Deck entrance and a water hose on the right from the facility entrance.
▲ Quite hours 8pm-8am. Keep the volume down during the night. Please return inside after about 10 pm.
▲ Cleaning takes about 5 hours including sterilization work. If it is extremely dirty and additional cleaning time is required, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.
▲ The Owner is not responsible for any accidents at all facilities. Please be careful indoors, in baths, showers, pool areas, decks, and parking lots. Please carefully always keep an eye on children.
▲ Please be sure to read the details of the house rules and check-in procedure before your stay.
▲ Please be sure to carefully read, understand and accept The WAIVER OF LIABILITY SWIMMING POOL (will be sent to a guest separately). Please explain the details to ALL guests.
▲ For the safety of our guests, the use of glass glasses is prohibited => for your convenience, we have prepared high quality unbreakable wine glasses and drinking glasses.
▲The house is self-check-in/check-out and has everything you need for your stay. All you will need to bring is beach towels, food, and drinks.

ABOUT THE USE OF BBQ FACILITIES
★★★ The use of charcoal BBQ grills is not allowed.
We provide gas Weber Spirit Gas Grill for free. Please read manual before using the BBQ Gas Grill.

BBQ can be used until about 8:00 pm.
★★★ When you're done, don't forget to TURN OFF THE GAS and electricity.
Please note that if you forget to turn it off, it is not only dangerous, but also may cause an additional charge for extra gas used.
Note: The gas Grill gets very hot while cooking. Please make sure you look after your kids when you do BBQ.

★★WHEN FINISHED, PLEASE TURN OFF THE GAS!
▲ Please don’t leave food and other garbage outside overnight! It will attract insects and crows.

ABOUT GARBAGE
Please separate cans, bottles, PET bottles, and combustible waste, and put them in special trash boxes respectively (inside). Combustible waste should be put in the special bags (provided under the kitchen sink) and should be taken out to the large garbage collection container located on the street to the left from the entrance.

ABOUT POOL RULES
After the reservation, you will be sent the WAIVER OF LIABILITY SWIMMING POOL and SWIMMING POOL AREAS, UPPER DECKS. Please read carefully and confirm that you accept it by return. Please note, that if you don't accept the Waiver of Liability, your reservation may be cancelled.
▲Heated Pool option is available between April 1st and October 31st.
▲Heated Pool cost 16,000 Yen per day. Advance request needed since it takes time to heat the pool.

PETS POLICY:
We are pet friendly! Looking forward to welcoming you with your furry, scaly, or feathered friends!
We provide:
▲ Food and water bowl for pets.
▲ Designated towels to wipe off paws at the entrance
▲ Cleaning supply
Please bring everything else you need.

We however have some rules we would ask you to follow:

★★★ ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN THE POOL (no swimming, no putting in the water)

▲ Max up to 3 pets per stay (depends on the size)
▲ [Pet fee] 1 pet/6,000 yen/night
▲ Please make sure to walk your pet well outside of the facilities, so that they don't pee or poo inside on the floor. If it happens, please wipe and clean asap.
▲ Please do not leave pets' excrements inside the house and outside (parking, deck, other) at any time, especially when you check out.
▲ Please don't let pets on beds and sofa
▲ Please keep the sofa covers on the sofa
▲ If there is excessive fur, please do the vacuum cleaning
▲ Please do not leave your pet unattended within the property (inside/outside)

★★★ Cleaning takes about 5 hours including sterilization work. If it is extremely dirty and additional cleaning time is required, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
SWIMMING POOL and SWIMMING POOL AREAS, UPPER DECKS

Guest understands use of swimming pool, and the swimming pool area is at Guest’s own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool, swimming pool areas, decks, stairs around the pool (concrete floors, steel stairs etc.). Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool, swimming pool areas and holds owner harmless. Guest understands there are potential dangers the swimming pool, and swimming pool areas may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool, and the swimming pool areas if a person has health risks or using pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guest agrees to explain these risks to all guests at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents guests may incur. Guest agrees to verify entry and exit doors to Pool Area are locked at all times. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that Guest will assume all responsibility for Guest and any others for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the swimming pool, and the swimming pool areas.

POOL & POOL AREAS, DECKS RULES
★ NO DIVING FROM DECKS, OR STAIRS!
★ NO RUNNING!
★ CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS!
★ ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS!
★ NO FOOD OR DRINKS NEAR THE POOL!

1. The pool depth is about 140 cm at the pool stairs side and about 160 cm on the opposite side.
There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool, and children under 16 years of age must be always supervised by a responsible adult, when using the pool and pool areas.
2. Doors to the decks, including pool areas are equipped with the safety locks. If you travel with children, please use safety locks. Details are enclosed into the House Manual.
3. Please do not enter the pool after drinking alcohol, or while being intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication as it is dangerous.
4. No diving from any of decks or stairs!
5. NO glass of any kind to be used in or near the pool deck area. If Guest breaks the glass, Owner will need to empty, clean and refill the pool. Expenses related to that in amount of 100,000 Yen may be charged to Guest.
6. NEVER bring food or drinks in the pool/pool deck area as it can cause contamination of water. If the Pool water is polluted, Owner will charge 100,000 Yen to refill and clean the pool water.
7. It is prohibited to engage in the extreme activities including: jumping, running, backflipping or summersaulting in the pool.
8. Watch your head when you pass next to the spiral stairs.
9. Please be careful when walking in or near the pool deck area or stairs as it can be slippery
10. DO NOT enter the pool if you are suffering any contagious skill illness or desease.
11. Pool is open 24 hours, however, please always keep the noise down. Strictly quite hours between 8 pm and 8 am.
12. The pool and other facilities are exclusively for the registered guests use only.
13. If you are using the pool with your baby, please wear a diaper for water play.
14. Especially for children, please make sure to use the restroom before entering the water and take them to the restroom frequently while using the pool.
15. An appropriate swim wear must be worn at all times whilst using the pool.
16. For hygiene propose, please shower before entering the pool.
17. Pool water can bleach/damage the furniture inside the house, so please change after the pool before using the beds, sofa, and chairs inside.
18. The Owner/Host has the right to advise the guest to discontinue any activity that does not comply with these Rules
19. The use of entire pool and other facilities is entirely at Guest/User’s risk.
The Owner/Host will not be lialble for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property, including fatality sustained whilst in the pool, or any other area of the property.
20. In case of emergency, please contact emergency services or owner immediately.
