Q. What time is check in / check out?
A. Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.
Q. Can I invite my friends to the room?
A. No one except the guest is allowed to enter. The reason is that it is an accommodation like a hotel, so if it is discovered that someone other than the guest has entered the room, it may be violated the law and the administration may point out and it is possible to have the operations suspended. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Is it possible to restock the room amenities and daily use items?
A. I do not restock the room amenities and daily use items during your stay.
If you need additional items, please purchase them yourself.
Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
A. You can leave your luggage before check-in after 10:00am.
Q. Is late check-out possible?
A. Late check-out is not available. Cleaning needs to be arranged for the next customer.
Q. Does your accommodation allow pets?
A. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is not a pet friendly accommodation.
Q. Is the property licensed?
A. This accommodation is operated with the permission of the government.
For legal compliance, please note that we will ask you for your photo ID, address, and occupation after making a reservation.
Q. Can I smoke in the room?
A. All rooms are non-smoking. I do not accept electronic cigarettes, either. If you would like to smoke, please let me know via message,

【Cleaning】
Cleaning is only done before check-in and after check-out. There will be no change of linen or towels during your stay. Towels are provided as one set of face towel and bath towel per person. Please bring your own or wash and reuse during your stay. In addition, our facility charges a cleaning fee in addition to the accommodation fee. Please be sure to check the total amount on the reservation page.
【Noise】
There are residences near the accommodation. Please do not party or make loud noise. In the unlikely event that there is a complaint from a neighbor or a contact from the police, you will be asked to check out immediately. *There are no refunds for immediate check-out.
【Online registration of the guests information】
The accommodation is operated with permission from the government. To comply with laws and regulations, all guests are required to enter their information (name, address, nationality, age, telephone number, occupation, passport number) in an online form after making a reservation. For those who do not have an address in Japan, it is also required to upload a passport photo. After submitting your application, we will send you the details of the accommodation. This is very important as it will also be used to confirm safety in the event of a disaster. If it is discovered that false information has been submitted, appropriate measures will be taken.
【Mailing packages]
There is no front desk at the accommodation, and we do not accept any pre-mailing of luggage.
【Large trash】
Large trash such as carry cases will be disposed of for a fee. Please be sure to take it home with you. If we find those illegally dumped, we will charge you 10,000 yen.
【About smoking】
Smoking, included e-cigarettes is prohibited in all indoor areas.
A special cleaning fee of 20,000 yen will be charged if the smell or traces of smoking are found during cleaning.
【About pet】
It is prohibited to bring pet into the accommodation. If it is discovered that a pet is brought in, we will ask you to check out immediately and charge 20,000 yen for special cleaning fee.
※If you are asked to check out immediately, there will be no refund.
【About BBQ grill】
To prevent the BBQ grill from being blown away by the wind and cause an accident, we fixed the BBQ grill tightly so that it cannot be moved.
【About BBQ in rainy day】
Because there is no roof eaves or rain protector above the BBQ space, it might be unavailble to BBQ in rainy day.
【About the fireworks】
Fireworks, including hand-held fireworks, are not allowed on the premises of the accommodation or on the road in front of it.
【About the items you brought in】
Please be sure to bring back any tents, plastic pools, toys, etc. that you brought with you when using the accommodations. Disposal fees will be charged depending on the size of the items.
【About the lost item】
・In Japan
We will not contact the owner directly.
In addition, the lost item will be stored for two weeks in general, and something has hygene issue, such as food will be disposed.
If you wish to send by mail package, you will have to pay cash on delivery and an additional fee for packing, etc. to the cleaning company.
Please note that we may not be able to respond immediately during busy season, therefore we ask for your understanding in advance.
・Oversea
After that we will request the specialized international delivery company to mail the item. I am not aware of the delivery fee and how long will it take, therefore we ask for your understanding in advance.
