My partner and i had an amazing time. The hostess was very kind, supportive, and really made sure we could enjoy the full traditional japanesian ryoken experience. We booked a traditional unit with tv and breakfast included. I didnt get to use the common hot spring bath because ive loved our private outdoor onsen. It was so quiet and relaxing. There are many tattoos that can be taboo in hotsprings. But that wasnt hiccup for this hotel.

Saya membuat reservasi untuk tinggal di sini setelah bekerja. Check-in kemungkinan besar sekitar jam 10 malam dan situs reservasi mengatakan bahwa mereka yang datang setelah jam 7 malam harus menghubungi pihak penginapan, jadi saya.

The distance from the station is quite far. Very friendly. However, the secondfloor room only had one window and it was quite cold in the morning. It was really good.

Before making a reservation, make sure you are aware of what ryokan is. We had savored our time here. Although the personnel dont speak any foreign languages, you can understand what they mean if you try. There were no issues for us here either. Both for breakfast and dinner, the cuisine was excellent.

I really enjoy family hotels with a japanese design. The service and management staff are very old ladies, very polite and thoughtful.

I had a wonderful evening here on new years eve. Although the waiter doesnt speak much about people and foreign languages, he is friendly and adept at communicating. I initially reserved sanitized public restrooms, but when there was room, switched them to specialized ones. My satisfaction has greatly improved! The taxi fare was less than 1,000 yen, and the hotel is conveniently located near hakapplication-yumoto station. We were unable to obtain cabs later, so it was quite comfortable for us to walk 15 minutes with our kids to get to the station because it wasnt easy to take fewer than ten minutes to use them.

This free trip to japan offers the most comfortable and pleasant lodging experience. The service provided by the store is friendly, considerate, meticulous, and polite. I am eagerly looking forward to returning if given the chance. Its fantastic.

The staff is very friendly and hospitable. They even moved my luggage to my room when i left them off to explore the area, and it was late to return. I got a traditional japanese style room that was neat and clean. It comes with its own private outdoor onsen, which is on top of the larger public onsesen available for all guests. Meals are included, you schedule them with the staff. You get your own personal room to eat in and one staff member personally serves you food and drinks.

We booked a hotel with two meals. Except for being tucked away from the station, everything else was great. The service was also very good. It was clean and tidy. We stayed for two days. Every day the dishes were different and fresh.

We had a great time here. It was the true highlight of our trip! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. And the food was amazing! Our dinner and breakfast were both fantastic, enhanced even more by our private onsen. We only stayed here one night, but we left wishing we had reserved another night! We cant wait to return one day.

The rooms were quite old and dusty. The sheets had stains and the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. However, the food and service were very high quality. Early in the mornings were also great, although the water quality didnt seem to be great.

The customer service was excellent, and i thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor bath in the rainy weather. It is advisable to walk a little from the train station, but there is an express bus available from here to the railway station.

The majority of the 1star reviews are either from three years ago or they were written by people who dont seem to understand the concept of a hotel being both traditional and rural. My friend and i just finished our twonight, oneday stay and highly recommend this ryokan. If you want to stay at yushintei, ill leave e witty and thorough review. Our hosts welcomed us and met us when we arrived. The main hostess used application translate to help us clearly explain what to do, and the signin process was simple. We chose to have breakfast in tatami mats that were both cold and boiling, which was more than enough for two average to taller people than us. On our second night, we were given naively because the hostesses had taken note of what we didnt eat and created dreary food. It was also preheated for our onsen on the following morning. A crab was sucked into our hot water pipe on our first night but it wasnt the roosters fault. This works well with the offered breakfast times of 8 am or 8.30 am in the city center. Most shops in town are accessible on foot or by bus, but the train station into hakone is easy to find. Overall, 5 stars!.
