The hotel is a wonderful hotel with a lake and a park with a variety of wildlife at the same time. The hotel is lovely with a lake view from your room. The hygiene is excellent, and the room is excellent with free wifi. The hotel has a pool that is next to the lake. A hotel resident may visit animals in their cages at any time. I personally enjoyed looking at lions and feeding giraffes. The food was quite good and the variety was so wide that I enjoyed eating everything. The fries are delicious, and the portions are large. While at the lodge, the hotel provides a variety of beverages. We enjoyed our stay and are eager to return soon. Excellent service and staff are friendly.

The best part about this lodge is it’s location. Sitted inside a wildlife park AND by the shores of Lake Victoria. The best of two worlds. The staff were also extra attentive and very courteous. I had a genuinely great time.

This property was a wonderful start to our journey. We spent three nights there and really enjoyed all the staff. They took wonderful care of us, with particular attention given to us. There was always someone who would be happy to assist and assist. Despite having WiFi in the rooms, the main lodge and eating area required access to adequate signals. Another challenge is paying at the gate to enter the preserve. But knowing that we were making a difference in maintaining this neighborhood of the city was worthwhile. Many thanks.

I was pleasantly surprised to be at Jumbo Impala in Rizumu, with the offer I assumed I was a prince at his own palace, the waiters there were competent with the work, and even if it was only for the individual, I regret this, but I promise to go with my friends the next time.

For those visiting rizumu's lakeside shore, Impala Ecology is an important stop in my opinion. The staff, food, and environment were all superior to what I had anticipated. The environment is in keeping with the hotels title. Amazing breakfast. Amazingly, the rooms have the romantic feel of floating on the shore. Some of the most engaged and outgoing personnel I've ever encountered. My wife and I were thrilled. But the gate is guarded by kgs guards, so their first impression can be easily ruined.

The lodge is ideally located and the sound of the lake as it laps within two meters from a very clean simple room. The beautiful impalas that roam closely around gave it a magical feel. Staff is helpfulnand friendly but the dining can do with some work. I would still recommend it!

Wonderful location and excellent attentive staff. But AC and fridge did not work. Many lights out. The hotel is inside a separately operated animal sanctuary. We were stuck at the gate for over an hour while the sanctuary and the hotel finally resolved our reservation confirmation and let us in. Call ahead!! Also there’s not a lot of food choices even though the menu suggests otherwise. Ask the waiter what they DO have. Assume they do not have your choice. The site is a five star venue. These issues bring it down to a three star.
