Beginning with the good points. I needed somewhere to get to and from the city but also easy access to the other. Regular trains and buses are available and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly when arrived. For London, the room was large and the beds were also wide and comfy. There was a functioning fridge and a separate toilet from the bathroom, which was handy as friends were sharing for the weekend. The negative point is that breakfast is not good, priced at 12. 95 per person. The poached egg was very cold, like frozen as it approached and then put in ice and someone forgot to warm it up again. Service was slow, apparently they were short on staff that morning and forgot to bring us breakfast items. Just missing. To be honest, when I said the restaurant manager, he apologized but said he didnt think the egg was cold or put in ice it was truly freezing cold. So I decided to cancel the breakfast reservation for the next day. To do this I had to speak with 3 people who all said they would need to speak with a manager, which they went to do on 2 occasions. Then I was unable to enter my room and had to buy a new key. Then on the day of checkout the cleaner arrived in my room at 10. Am when I was just exiting the shower. Checkout is 12 pm so unsure why they thought the

A member of staff in the av room next to me who worked until after 9 in the morning, there was a group having an early meeting with the door open which disturbed me. The train platform is next to the room window so you can hear people, announcements, and trains until after midnight then again from am not the place for a long lie! The toilet is in a separate part of the room from the bath and shower, so you have to open the toilet door then the bathroom door before getting to the room sink to wash your hands! Carpet and crisps from the previous guest are stained in the cabinet. The toilet fan and ceiling were cleaned and the light was broken. When I arrived, the to didn't work duty mar used my darn needle to squish the Europe plug into the u. I. socket! The room was very comfortable and the room service and breakfast were excellent.

Saya sangat terkejut dengan hotel saat saya tiba. Ada awalnya benarbenar tidak bagus sama sekali. Alasannya adalah tidak ada porter yang membantu membawa koper. Dan saat kami tiba dan hujan dan karena jumlah bagasinya banyak, istri saya harus mengangkat sebagian. Bayangkan jika ada porters yang membantu tamu. Staf hotel sangat ramah dan sangat membantu selama kami tinggal. Menunya lebih beragam dan porsinya lebih banyak. Makanannya enak banget dan disajikan dengan baik. Saya memuji koki secara pribadi. Dia baik, membuat semuanya sepadan dengan harganya. Staf Anda luas biasa dan sangat ramah untuk berbicara dengan mereka harap berikan terima kasih. Kamar yang kami tinggali sangat bagus. AC tidak terlalu dingin. Ini bar di kamar juga satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Ketika kami tiba di kulkas tidak ada apaapa di dalamnya. Setelah sehari setelahnya kulkapur penuh. Kami menggunakan beberapa makanan di dalam dan mereka tidak menggantinya keesokan harinya. Hal lain yang perlu dipertimbangkan adalah gula di kamar, gulanya tidak cukup atau tidak diganti setelah habis. Secara keseluruhan penilaian saya terhadap hotel-staff yang fantastis. The room was OK but too warm. The air conditioning didn't work. The toilet's light didn't work. The bed was okay. Everything was a little worn. The corridors were dirty. Breakfast was okay, the coffee was too strong for my taste.

Hotels.com si dovrebbe vergognare ad avere una tale struttura sul suo sito, l'indirizzo sicuramente non è quello giusto, volevo prenotare la navetta ma non mi hanno mai risposto né a me né ad hotels.com, solo una volta mi hanno scritto chiedendomo 78$ per un hotel che in teoria dovrebbe essere a 2 km dall'aeroporto, ho preferito perdere i soldi , ma non rischiare brutti incontri , perché il mio aereo atterrava alle 03,30 ed il Check-in chiudeva alle 23,00. Leggendo le altre recensioni hanno avuti quasi tutti i miei stessi problemi ho preferito rinunciare , mi aspettavo che hotels.com mi rimborsasse,anche se era un tariffa non rimborsabile, visti i miei validi motivi , ma la decisione su questo dipende dall'hotel , allora mi chiedo a cosa serve hotels.com? , dovrebbero controllare prima la validità di un hotel altrimenti chiunque può mettere un annuncio e poi rendersi irreperibile come è successo a me , pur essendo per molti anni un Gold Member sono rimasto molto deluso e ho annullato,per ripicca,molte prenotazioni che avevo già fatto .

La personne ne répond pas au téléphone et l'hôtel n'existe peut-être même pas. J'ai essayé de d'appeler de 22h jusqu'à 1h du matin, votre service client a également essayé, mais le numero ne répond pas. L'adresse donnée, n'est pas une adresse exacte, airport rdv est gigantesque et syokimau encore plus. On ne peux donc pas trouver l'endroit par nous-même. Nous avons donc pris la localisation Google map, mais il n'y a rien à l'endroit indiqué. L'endroit où devrait se trouver cet hébergement n'est presque pas accessible. La route est très difficile d'accès, même pour un local. C'est un endroit dangereux à tel point que le chauffeur de taxi (un local), m'a indiqué que je risquais ma vie en dormant dans ce genre de quartier, surtout si j'ai des choses de valeur. Après des dizaines d'appels sans réponse, j'ai dû trouver un autre hébergement. Je demande donc remboursement de cette réservation.
