My staff at Roma courts, Kilimani started with being greeted at front desk by a delightful reservation person called Dorothy after a full days travelling. My room was well presented clean and just as it looks on line. The cleaning staff were attentive and cleaned everyday, with nothing being too much trouble. Roma court is set just in the right spot for me to get a good feel of Nairobi and its surrounding areas. Very close to all the usual amenities. Just to add the reservations team of Dorothy, Grace, Kerol and Vincent were all excellent and always on hand to answer questions and help when I needed it. Security at front gate were really good also All in all I enjoyed my stay at Roma courts and will be coming back next time in Nairobi. Would recommend and I’m hard to please .

Anipei, Dorothy and Grace provided a fantastic service, always looking after us and making sure we were happy even during a medical emergency. The rest of the cleaning and security team were also amazing. The location is great close to yaya and other malls but the apartments are secluded and quiet. The only suggestion

It was exceptional. From time i stepped into the building. Is it the perfect customer service that I received from Dorothy and her colleagues, the clean apartment, and the well secured environment. Its location is also ideal in getting around Nairobi. I won't think twice about booking this apartmemt next time.

I had great time here. At first I saw the rooms don’t have Ac I asked why because I can’t stay without chilling. the girl told me not to worry that houses around here don’t usually have one. Believe me it was really cold in the city and I had to request for electric heather to warm up. Very helpful and coordinated staffs starting from gate man to reception. Has a plaza just across and close to city center. You should Book here without thinking twice I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back soon

Clean room, surroundings, and the whole facility itself is well maintained. It's close to many restaurants, grocery stores, mall etc. Staff are always nice. Special thanks to Vincent for all the help, making our stay very pleasant and wonderful.

The staff at Roma Courts make this place amazing! Grace, Annipur, Patrick and Ismahan are fabulous! They are attentive, caring professionals. This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. It’s my home away from home! The access to shopping and the safety of the area were perfect for solo travelers. There’s plenty of food from restaurants to markets that make staying more accessible. Thank you everyone for making my trip to Kenya Fabulous!
