3泊しました。バスタブ付きの部屋にして水回りの掃除もきちんとされており、シャワーの湯量や温度も充分でした。リネン類も清潔です。長期滞在しても快適に過ごせそうです。朝食は少し離れた所で、メコン川を眺めながら取る事が出来ます。静かな場所にあり、のんびり出来ます。ワット・シェントーンにも近いです。オーナーが若くてとても感じの良い方でした。ありがとうございます。

スタッフさんの対応が最初から最後まで親切で本当に気持ちよくすごさせていただきました。部屋も綺麗で、部屋のベランダからメコン川を見れるのは最高でした。ランドリーも朝だしたらすぐにやってくれるのですごく助かりました。もう一度泊まりたいです。ありがとうごじました。

Coming out of a difficult circumstance being sholut out of my previous reservation, I first met with Souk at the hotel desk who showed me personally to my room and was so warm and welcoming... It completely flipped the script from the previous experience. That there was food being served that night along the river was fantastic after not eating the entire day. Was ever so thankful to have a bath at this location and a desk to work from. It was the perfect experience after what could have been a horrible first impression left from the other Chinese run guesthouse which I booked but they could not accomodate. 10 Stars to these folks. Specifically Souk

Excellente adresse. Chambre pour 4 avec vue sur le mekong, beaucoup de charme avec cette batisse qui respire l'histoire. Baignoire, frigo, clim, ventilateur, terrasse : parfait ! Petit déjeuner inclus dans un restaurant à 100m.

I stayed 9 nights here in Villa Phonetip and it was perfect. I had room 4 which had its own private entrance up a little lane way with view of the Meekong. I could sit on my private balcony and watch the sunset each evening ! The location is perfect with lots of riverside restaurants very nearby and it’s only a few minutes walk to the Main Street and night markets. The rooms are large, bright and clean with good air con. Finally the staff could not have been more helpful in arranging a few tours and bike rental. Always a pleasant smile and greeting. I fully recommend this hotel and look forward to returning some day !

La chambre était très grande et agréable. Nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur le Mekong. Certes la vue est belle, mais la musique un peu forte des restaurants sur les berges et des bateaux gâche un peu le séjour, ainsi que la circulation à certains moments. Le balcon mériterait une petite rénovation et un coup de peinture. Sinon l’hôtel est idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de la ville et de ses temples. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un petit restaurant sur le bord du Mékong à 200 m. C’est un petit tout à fait correct.

I really like the location. Walk out of the unit and you are in the middle of the action. I prefer this neighborhood than the one closer to night market. Room was very apacious, functional layout and lots of surface area to put out your stuff. There was no view but I wasn’t after any view.

Freundlicher Receptionist, es gab gleich beim Check in Infos über Luang Prabang. Tägliche Handtuch wechsel, Mistkübel wurde entleert, sonst keine Reinigung bei 6 täglichen Aufenthalt.

Wonderful guesthouse, with a large room and bath. I loved the traditional design and old wood. The location is amazing. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Guests need a few additions to make it perfect: an iron and ironing board, some tea, maybe a couple of bananas and crackers for jet-lagged travelers, these kinds of things :)

bathrooms could have used a better cleaning especially in the tub...there were no bikes to use even tho they mentioned there were free rentals....no tv working...good location and big room

部屋は広くて綺麗でした。受付にいる男性スタッフは英語が完璧でオプショナルツアーや駅までのミニバンのサービスもきちんと手配いただきました。残念なのは朝食が少し離れた川沿いまで行って食べるのですが、内容が貧弱でした。ジュースもハム、ウインナーもありませんでした。

Rapport qualité-prix défavorable. Compte-tenu de la concurrence il est facile de trouver mieux. Personnel uniquement préoccupé de vendre des prestations mais peu soucieux de répondre à des demandes ou de fournir une quelconque aide. Hôtel à éviter.
