Excellent apartment in superb central location. Clean and well equipped. Easy check in and fortunate to have a 2 hour extensions to check out. Bathroom is small and a bit of a shame that the toilet isn't separate - a bit of a scrum with 6 using only one bathroom and toilet! However this didn't spoil our trip! Vouchers given for 20% off at several restaurants, 2 of which we visited - excellent.

A very cozy place, felt like home, new, fresh, comfortable. Very understanding hosts: let us check in earlier as the apartment was ready. Perfect location - close to everything, right in the centre of the Old Town.

Great flat, wonderful location. It is right in the centre and therefore there is some “city centre noise”, but the glazing is great and we had a 2 year old who went to and stayed asleep without any issues. Perhaps a concern if you are a really light sleepee

These apartments are fantastic. Excellent location, brand new and really well decorated. Despite central location the windows are really effective at noise reduction and the fan was a nice touch for warm summer nights. The owners are best reached via WhatsApp and can help with anything. Highly recommended

Everything was great. Hotel is located in the heart of Riga so there was noise but we were prepared for that, and that is the reason why we picked this hotel its central location.

The location was great right in the heart of everything. The room was well thought out being a studio, plenty of room to move around with every thing you needed. In a lobby area even had washing machine , powder & iron for visitors to use. Gets slightly noisy, but part of the vibe.

Wir hatten ein superschönes Wochenende - nicht zuletzt wegen des tollen Apartments. Bei der Einrichtung sieht man die Liebe zum Detail und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer ist perfekt für zwei Personen und es war alles da was man braucht. Von den Check-in-Details über ein paar kleine Fragen bis hin zum Check-out haben wir alles mit Kate über WhatsApp geklärt. Sie hat schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt und ist von einigen Gastronomiebetrieben mit Außenbereich umgeben. Wenn man zentral wohnen möchte, muss man somit auch mit einem gewissen Lärmpegel rechnen. Zudem gibt es nur dekorative und keine richtigen Verdunklungsvorhänge. Da ich bei beiden Aspekten sehr empfindlich bin, reise ich grundsätzlich mit Ohrstöpseln und Schafmaske und habe so drei sehr entspannte Nächte in Riga verbracht.

En fin leilighet med utsikt over restauranter og gaten. God frokost på restauranten i 1egt med både varm mat, frukt og frokost blanding. Lett å finne fram til leiligheten og koselige ansatte. Rent og pent rom og bad, rommet hadde kjøleskap og mikro og vannkoker.

Lovely spacious apartment right in the heart of the old town. It was a little noisy but I would expect this due to the location and it didn't go on too late. Good facilities and fridge in separate room. Great to relax in and comfortable after a day sightseeing. Nice big windows with view of the charming rooftops
