the fact that this is fraser residence and just managed under 188 suites with a cheaper price is a bonus for me. the only set back is that the two bedroom have no balcony. other than that its a very nice room. simple tips from me: call the property first before checking in to avoid delay checking in

Loketnya ada di gedung lain. Jika saya tidak dapat dihubungi oleh penduduk setempat, saya tidak akan dapat menemukannya. Pintu masuk ke tempat parkir diblokir, tetapi loket menolak untuk menanganinya. Saya harus menunggu lama untuk air panas cukup panas untuk mandi, kalau tidak cepat bergerak, saya hanya mengambil air dingin saja. Kamar mandi bocor, wastafel bocor dan kepala shower bermasalah. Kebersihan kamar sangat buruk dan menyebabkan alergi pada teman perjalanan saya. Kamarnya indah, tetapi ada masalah besar dengan manajemen yang jelas-jelas tidak peduli dengan pengalaman tamu.

Fraser residence is the main building. The pool is small and not very clean. The rooms are good in size and clean.

Ive been here three times already. The staff already tells you where to go to check in and then where to park before you arrive. It was a little hassle at first, but its okay because they already know where to go and where to park. The room was spacious and had a bathtub, but ive already come here a few times and got the same room. Standard suite didnt have a view. Like the swimming pool here. Quite large with many areas. Want to return, but all dates are fully booked.

Saya telah mengunjungi hotel ini selama 3 tahun, dulunya sangat bagus tetapi sekarang sangat buruk. Resepsionis yang terhormat, terima kasih dan mereka baik, terutama wanita Malaysia, tetapi dia adalah orang yang sangat jahat dan kamarnya tidak bersih, juga lantai kamar sudah usang dan tua, dan bau makanan lama di dalam kamar, dan tidak ada staf yang membawa tas, dan sistem hotel tidak adil. 150 Rm dipotong karena kehilangan. Kartu kunci kamar adalah pengalaman yang sangat buruk, tidak bernilai setengah dari harganya.

I stayed at 188 private suites for the second time. The staff was very responsive and friendly. The suite was of the highest quality. I love the complete facilities provided. Quite close to klcc, just about 15 minutes walk. I will definitely stay here again when i visit kl.

The checkin process was a bit slow, and the room had not been cleaned when i checked in. By the way, they apologize for the mistake they made and cleaned it right away. Overall, the price paid is quite reasonable and worthy, as the building is situated in a strategic location.
