Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and not cause any major or superficial damages.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We will hold a damage deposit of RM999 per stay. Since Agoda does not collect damage deposits, we will send through an invoice prior to your stay to collect this deposit. This will be pre-authorised on your card 2 days before check-in and refunded back to you after check-out if no damages are reported. Each pre-authorisation only lasts 7 days before expiring, so if your stay is longer than 5 days, we will pre-authorise another damage deposit on the 5th day after the first one expires.
NOISE
In the event our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, a formal warning be issued. If continued disturbance to any residents persists, guests will be escorted off the premise by local law enforcement.
SMOKING
If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of RM200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.
PETS
Similarly, if evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of RM150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code.
CHILD SAFETY
If you plan to bring your kid(s) along, please take note that this property has a balcony with a sliding door. You may still book at your own risk.
COOKING
If you plan to cook, that's fine but please note that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the balcony door and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.
KEYS, SWIPES & LOCK-OUTS
Kindly be responsible and DO NOT LOSE OR BREAK the set of keys or swipes or LOCK YOURSELF OUT during your stay. If it happens, and/or immediate ad hock assistance is required on site, the following charges will apply to cover the costs of these instances:
(a). Locked yourself out and if you require someone to let you in with a spare key = (RM100)
(b). Locked yourself out and if a locksmith is required to let you in = (Cost of the locksmith + RM100)
(c). Lost or broke a set of keys/swipe = (RM300)
ADDITIONAL GUEST
This pad STRICTLY accommodates a max of 12 adults overnight ONLY at no extra charge. Any more than 12 adult guests overnight will be fined RM100 per night, per additional guest, with no additional beds, pillows & comforters. All guests must register with a valid passport or IC. Please furnish us with your guests list 24 hours before check in.
CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-ins are anytime after 3pm.
Check-outs are strictly before 11 am.
Please be considerate for other guests that will be checking-in after you. If you stay beyond the stated check-out time we will have to charge you RM150 for being inconsiderate and for delaying the next guest's schedule.
UPON CHECKING IN
Your comfort and satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you face any issues upon check-in, please report it to us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve them for you right away. Any issues that were not reported during your stay will not be taken into account.
