-No luggage-pulling on the hardwood timber floors. It will cause damages to the polished timber floor.
-Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance.
-Guest has one complimentary car park for each apartment booked during the stay. But, guest must provide the car number detail for pre-registration.
-Any Event, Function, patry, Gathering will charge RM150
-Guest is responsible for maintaining the apartment in a clean and sanitary fashion. This responsibility includes the interior of the apartment and the outside area surrounding the apartment. The apartment and furnishings should be kept in a clean and sanitary condition so as not to cause insect, rodent, or other health concerns. Guest will be charged additional for damages and/or cleaning if the apartment is not in good condition
-Any Lost or Damage of access card will be penalty of RM200 per card.
- Please close the Balcony Door whenever you leave the unit
-No outdoor shoe walking inside the house.Will be charger extra RM50 for cleaning fee.
-We ONLY allowed the number of guest checks in according to Guest Itinerary. Please take note that there is a charges for additional guest.
-All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A RM500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
-CLEANING FEES is one off house cleaning & laundry service after guest check out. Additional house cleaning & laundry service will be charge upon request.
-For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driving license, passport and etc.
-No pets are allowed in the apartments. Guests having pets in the apartments may face disciplinary action and be charged for damages and/or cleaning.
-No Durian and mangosteens allowed in the apartment.If fine will charge RM200
- Switch OFF electricity & aircon when you leave the unit
