★ Please let the furniture stay where they belong to. DO NOT rearrange the furniture for any purpose.
★ 请在离开前清理垃圾以及冰箱的遗留物, 垃圾桶收满后请将垃圾袋扔进同一楼层的垃圾房，使用后清洗餐具，保持公寓干净。我们将致以万二分的谢意。
★STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in the apartment. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and appropriate actions will be taken on the offenders.
★Inform us if there is any damages immediately, we will replace one for you.
★ Appreciate if you could clear the garbage and any leftover food in the refrigerator. Take the garbage out when it's full, throw the garbage bag into garbage room on the same floor, and clean the dishes after using them.

★ Be environmental friendly. Turn off all electric appliances when are not using (except WiFi modem and router)
★禁止携带宠物入住和榴莲。
★ No pets and durians. As the smell will stay in the premises for some time and will affect the stay of the next arriving guest.
★STRICTLY NO smoking in the apartment. You are allowed to smoke outside the apartment.
