This place is suitable for families of up to 10 people. They have 3 rooms, each with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The hospitality was great! The cleanliness was amazing. There was a very nice view. Microsave, cuckoo, washing machine available in the kitchen. If you want to do laundry, you just need to bring your own detergent.

This homestay is wellmanaged in melaka. Mr. Sean is very helpful and friendly. He even introduces famous food and places to visit in the city. The space is big enough to accommodate 10 people.

Amadel residences homestay is fantastic. We had a comfortable stay and it was immaculate. The scenery was also lovely. Additionally, the location is excellent, with many facilities and facilities nearby, and its very secure. It is also close to the wellknown jonker street.

We had the most wonderful time at amadel residence! It felt like a home away from home because of the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. Sean, the host, was really kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They provided helpful recommendations for the neighborhood, including excellent restaurants and attractions, and the communication was excellent. After spotting the city on foot, it was the ideal place to stay because the property itself was immaculate. With easy access to local hotspots and public transportation, this location was handy. Throughout our visit, we felt secure and safe. This experience with Airbnb exceeded our expectations all around. Look no further if youre seeking reassurances, warmth, or an unforgettable stay. We are eager to return and heartily endorse amabel residence to fellow travelers!.

Ive stayed at amadel residence twice, and so far, i have been pleased with the service and hospitality. Amadel house is situated in costa apartments units. The buildings appearance may be judging you by their age, but mr. Sean, the host of amabel residence, is really amazing at looking after his units! No matter how small or large the group is, him provided his guests with extremely decent units cleanliness, comfort, decent, amenities, both city and sea views, hospitality, responsiveness, etc. Everything is just tip top. Location is close to many attractions, shopping malls undoing from the main road. Its much fun to walk together at night to the nearby jonker street area because cars are kind of packed at midnight. Either coming for healing, business, or holiday trips, going alone, being alone or traveling in groups, this location is ideal for you. However, im really grateful to steve for providing us with a wonderful and decent place to stay in malaka! Continue up, as ive always wish you success for your services.

This place is close to the historical areas, shopping malls, and makota hospitals. The location is near the city center of malacca. It has modern amenities. From the balcony, you can see the sea.

Im staying at amadels residence for the second time. The unit is ideal for large families of 10 people. Cleanliness is comparable to a fivestar hotel. Numerous locations, including shopping malls, attractions, and other attractions are easily accessible from the location. My parents and kids adore it so much and cant wait to return. If possible, the host will make an effort to fulfill our request. Will undoubtedly return and advise everyone to give it heed when visiting malacca. You wont regret it.

Our stay at amadel for cny was very detailed in explaining and patient with our questions. The apartment was neat and clean, with all the necessities such as towels and soap provided. He checked in on how our stay was every day and even offered to help us tidy up on the 3rd day. Sean was prompt in responding to our messages and came to assist us when we were facing some difficulties. My family and i enjoyed our time at Amadel and we love the service that he provided! The beds and toilet were well maintained and the location was convenient to the malls. Without a doubt, we will come and stay again on our next family trip. Thank you sir sean for your warm hospitality and efforts.

The unit is cozy, neat, and clean. Ideally located within walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Highly recommended for families to stay here. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We will undoubtedly return! Spend the remaining time in harairaya with my inlaws at amadel residence. The service was firstrate! The proprietor is incredibly cordial and attentive to our requests. There are enough rooms, halls, and kitchens to accommodate 10 people. Mahkota parade and dataran pahlawan are both within walking distance. Its a breathtaking view of the city. I appreciate your wonderful hospitality!.

I would definitely stay at amadel residence again. I couldnt have asked for a better recommendation for this apartment. The location is excellent, everything was perfect, the unit was immaculately clean. A huge plus is the cuckoo drinking water dispenser, and the television has hundreds of channels and idol app for free wifi. San, our owner, was incredibly accommodating and kind. Apartments are ideal for large families or groups of friends up to 8 people. This is not the last time ive been to malacca, but ill be returning to amabel residence.

This place is suitable for young children, the location is close to the city center and the cleanliness of the unit is very good. The host is also very responsive, even though there is no checkin counter, he made himself available for our late check in.

This location was ideal for our group of five, which perfectly suited our requirements. It was spacious, spotless, had more than enough beds to sleep on, and ours was the smallest unit. The owner, sane, is a very sincere individual who constantly makes sure his visitors have stayed comfortably. Additionally, the location is excellent for tourists. A Famosa/Stadhuys can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes from makhhota parade, an enormous mall across the street. If you choose to travel by car, this proximity also means that taxi rates are quite affordable.

The property boasts a stunning location in the heart of the city. The apartment was impeccably clean and offered excellent amenities. Mr. Sean, the manager, was exceptionally prompt in responding to our inquiries and was gracious enough to extend our stay by an hour beyond the checkout time, taking into account our specific requests. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we look forward to returning to this delightful place again in future.

In 2023, my family went back for our christmas vacation because we remembered the Amadel residences excellent, spotless, and wellkept location. This time, it didnt let us down either. Sean, on the other hand, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We relished the cozy, cozy feel of a 'home away from home' at amadel Residence.

Mulai 1 September 2017, sesuai dengan kebijakan dari Pemerintah Negara Malaysia, tamu yang bukan warga negara Malaysia atau penduduk permanen/jangka panjang Malaysia akan dikenakan pajak wisata sebesar RM 10 per kamar per malam. Perlu diketahui bahwa perubahan struktur pajak ini berakibat pada perubahan pajak yang dikenakan kepada Anda dan tambahan ini dapat dibayarkan langsung pada saat check-in.

[Sekarang - 31 Desember 2024] Dewan Kota Melaka akan menerapkan pajak kebudayaan sebesar MYR 2 per kamar per malam untuk semua pemesanan di hotel bintang 0 hingga 5.
