-Important House Rule and Policies:
For check-in instructions, kindly WhatApps 60 11-7284 7533(msg only, no calling).
A security deposit of RM150 shall be collected, and the payment slip shall be sent to us via WhatsApp prior to check-in. Kindly provide the original bank account used to transfer the deposit upon check out. We will process the deposit refund within 1 working days.
Photos of IC/License/Passport shall be sent to us before check-in via WhatsApp.
Failure to provide the necessary credentials above, the reservation will be marked as no-show
House Rule:
Guests are strictly prohibited from leaving/throwing their personal belongings in common areas of the condominium building, including but not limited to public corridors, mailbox rooms, and other public areas.
Penalty: Any violation of this rule will result in a fine. The fine amount is determined in accordance with the Strata Management Act 2013 of Malaysia. As per the Act, the fine for such an offence could be up to RM250,guest have to bare for the penalty.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards
Checkout is before 12pm

Check-in:
Early check-in fee: RM50.00.
Early Check-in time is after 1:30 PM
Check-out:
Late check-out fee: RM50.00 per hour
Late Check-out time is before 1:00 PM.
Visitors and Overnight Stays:
No overnight visitors allowed.
Parties and Gatherings:
Parties/gatherings/ceremonies: RM150 charge.
Smoking and Restricted Items:
No smoking, durian, or mangosteen allowed.
Penalty: RM500 fine.
Access Card:
Lost access card fee: RM150.
Property Maintenance:
Avoid leaving marks/stains on walls or furniture.
Cleanliness:
Treat the homestay as your own home.
Wash dishes immediately after use to avoid pest
No eating in the bedroom area.
Rubbish Disposal:
If rubbish bags are full, use the designated Defuse Room.
The Defuse Room is located at the end of the walkway outside the unit,
accessible through the services lift door.
