Tenants Guide:
1. No Smoking allowed, guests who are found smoking inside the house will result in penalty of RM200
2.Kindly respect the property and neighbours by keeping noise level down
「Quiet Time」 From 10pm to 8am.
3. The house should be left in good and clean condition.
Extra Charge of RM100 will apply if the house are left in a dirty and messy condition.
4. Check-in time is at *3PM* onwards and check-out time is before *12PM* 🙏🏻
5. No party are allowed without permission.
6. The safety of personal belongings is your own responsibility, please inspect the house before check-out. The owner will not be held
responsible for missing items.🧎‍♀️
7. Guests can use the kitchenware; only light cooking is allowed. Please clean up after used👌🏻
8. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and appropriate actions will be taken on the offenders. (Drugs activities, Illegal Parties, Gambling &etc)
9.Guests are requested to park their vehicle at the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk. Parking at undesigned lot will fine a RM100 by management.
10.Any breakage or damage of any equipment and or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list.
11.Lost or damage of access card and key will attract a fee of RM100.
