No balcony, no rooftop access, but good transportation junction.

A lowdensity condo with convenient access to major highways. The roof top party is no longer there, and it finally brings me peace and quiet.

This place is serene and lovely. The service is good and the security is good. However, the large rooftop swimming pool is closed. The gym room is good and the wifi is good.

This place is a great place to rent accommodation for a small family at a reasonable price.

The restaurant is known as tokb. It serves fusion cuisine that combines western and malay dishes. There is no pork or lard, but it does serve alcohol.

The ship design rooftop is quite impressive. There is a nice open swimming pool with an open bar and disco.

Very nice units. Japaneseinspired studio setup. The management and security are very nice and polite. Except for the owner of the tokb bar who happens to own the empty space in front of tokb and the 17 to 18 floor which has a very large pool and leisure area that is being wasted. Might as well rent it out at a reasonable price to share the very well located facilities.

Even after 10 pm, there is free music from the restaurant below. Swimming pool with 10 routes completed in 2 minutes. Just an update, the free music now extends from weekends to weekdays.

This place is highly recommended. This place is a stunning place to live. The entire building has central air conditioning. Its a very calm and peaceful place. There is a gym, swimming pool, study area, parking and barbecue area right outside the door. Rent here is average compared to most places.

I would strongly recommend it for longer stays. Excellent accommodations with all the conveniences within walking distance. Comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere and sophistication.

If you are busy enough to socialize with the neighborhood, this condominium might be suitable for you. However, i personally dont enjoy it because i cant see my neighbor even when i leave my house.

The place is clean and comfortable. There is a gym and pool facilities on the rooftop. Jaya grocer is present about 1. 5 km away. It is reported that a laundry facility will soon be opened in the building, as well as a mini mart.

A lovely condominium in a convenient location surrounded by malls and small eateries. There is a small indian grocery shop on the ground floor. The lrt taman jalana, the closest train station, is located nearby. Additionally, it is not too far from the university of malaysia. The worst aspect of this building is its proximity to the very narrow parking space, especially for visitor parking.

I rented here. The place is in a nice location and is peaceful at night. There is a shop downstairs that opens even after midnight. This place will be quite a demand after pj midtown opens. There is a gym and swimming pool on the roof where you can see the view of pj.

The management staff is proactive in responding to inquiries, and the security guards are courteous and kind. Additionally, level 16 offers amenities such as a swimming pool, a bbq area with a sizable outdoor patio, and a gym. Its important to note, though, that this property does not allow pets. As i havent seen any children in my time here, it appears that the majority of residents are working adults and expats. Additionally, the rooms lack a balcony, making it impossible to sundry the laundry.
