The customer service was prompt and very helpful. The checkin process went smoothly. After a long journey, we have a wonderful rest. It takes around 15-20 minutes to get to the airport.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan. Anda dapat berbaring di tempat tidur dan menyaksikan matahari terbenam. Atapnya indah di malam hari. Kolam renang tanpa batas sangat bagus untuk berfoto. Saya menginap di sini selama 2 malam. Sangat nyaman untuk makan, berbelanja, dan bepergian.

The hotel is generally costeffective. The only drawback is that communication is often challenging. I would like to commend the customer service at the ctrip hotel. They are extremely helpful and actively resolve issues, even in the middle of the night. Its safe to use ctrip for overseas orders!.

Ada toko di dekatnya. Tempat parkirnya agak menakutkan dan jalur beloknya sempit. Pelayanan tuan rumah atau stafnya biasa saja. Saya meminta satu handuk lagi karena akomodasinya bisa menampung 3 orang, tetapi handuk yang disediakan hanya 2 dan tidak ada tanggapan. Pengembalian dana deposit cukup efisien dalam 3 hari kerja.
