To begin with a positive view, the staff is courteous and friendly. The area is spacious and clean. We went there hoping that the kids could swim because there is a small swimming pool there, but to our disappointment, the pool water is murky and greenish. The staff assured us it was okay to swim, but i just cant let my kids swim in a pool where i cant even see the bottom. The worst was at night in the room where suddenly a rat appeared out of nowhere. We spent the night chasing a rat out of our room. This is a nice and quiet place to relax, but i hope they can improve their room condition.

A place to unwind after a hectic city life. In general, its a pleasant place to stay, the rooms are nice, and the cafe serves good food at a reasonable price. However, i would like to comment on the ph level of the pool. While we were swimming in the pool, it felt heavily chlorinated, which was irritating our skin, but aside from that, everything is fine. Aside from that, we also have issues with unstable wifi access in our tree house due to poor connections. Overall, i highly recommend everyone to visit this place.

Rats, mosquitoes, and bugs visiting the room were very annoying. The food is good, but the price is not worth it. Too expensive and 3 spoons before the finish. The location is good, close to the city. The surrounding is quiet. Good for relaxing. I can give it 4 stars.

The restaurant has strange hours and limited food, and its primarily visited by locals. However, there is a fantastic pool with a slightly deep corner. The rooms were fantastic. I believe room 2 had the best trees going through it! There are many beautiful plants all around.

This place is a relaxing place that is perfect for gateways. The rooms are comfortable and nice, however, they might use some outdoor maintenance. There is plenty of parking. Its a place for nature lovers, in my opinion.

The place is interesting, but it needs a lot of improvements and repairs. There is no free drinking water, coffee powder or tea, bath soap, shower gel, and shampoo for rm 300 per night. There is a water heater, but glasses are not provided. The bed is clean and comfortable, there is a hot shower, and a sat tv is available, but the air conditioner is not cold and autooff by itself. The toilet window needs to be closed better for privacy and security reasons. Breakfast is included in the room reservation, but breakfast is only available until 9 a.M. The cafe opens at 7.30 am, so free breakfast is only available for 1 and a half hours. I had breakfast at 9.20 and what to do lah, the counter staff did not inform me during checkin and forgot to ask. Breakfast usually starts at 7 a.M. In other places, breakfast usually starts at 7 a.M. The cafe offers a variety of cuisine and the food is good. The swimming pool is fine and the pool water filter is installed. During my visit, there was a wedding ceremony and some guests jumped into the pool before returning home. There may be a need to build a fence to separate the hall from the guest room or more easily a guard at the pool. Overall, an interesting place but not on my list of places i will return. Free wifi a very bad network.

My second visit for a wedding, i need to prepare bins for hall usage. Parking is quite limited, but there is plenty of space. Other facilities are good, but the road leading down during rainy times is especially dangerous, so caution is advised. Please dont drive your car at high speed on your way there as the road is not as wide as usual and there are many blind spots.

Overall, its a good place! It was quite satisfying, the view was breathtaking, and the staff were extremely friendly. However, it would be preferable if the wifi connection was fixed, and other amenities in the room were provided, such as a small pantry and a kiblat finder, to make it more muslimfriendly. I hope this is noted, some lights were damaged during our stay from 04/05/2020.

Nice location. Old wooden houses. The floor is slightly slanted, so if you have back problems, this may not be for you. Toilet windows are not properly sealed from the view.

We stay in a room with 3 beds, 1 queen and 2 single beds. One bed is located on the upper deck of the house which is very nice. The pool is fine. The food at the restaurant is delicious.

A place where you can relax and think peacefully, surrounded by a greenery area. We only stayed at the restaurant and didnt stay. However, based on my observations outside of the tree houses, they appear to be quite enjoyable to stay in, especially for someone who likes trying out new things! The food at the restaurant was delicious. The restaurant was quite warm because we couldnt really feel the fan, as well as due to the weather and the surroundings. However, the breeze from nature will help to cool a little bit.

Sejauh ini bagus untuk staycation singkat, ada kolam renang, ada kantin atau kafe di lantai bawah, tapi agak mahal karena saya membeli 3 teh panas dan 1 kari maggi seharga RM 20 lebih. Perabotannya sudah tua tapi bagus karena ada TV, ada air panas, dan lampu di tandas warna putih. RM 79 jika tempat tidur queen yang kami tinggali. Damai dari Sabah! Orang Sabah baik-baik saja.
