Ketika kami tiba, hanya kunci yang salah di kotak surat pengiriman dan kami mengalami banyak stres saat menukarnya lagi selama kami tinggal. Kamarnya sendiri sangat minimalis dan tidak bersih. Mendapatkan kembali deposit setelah menginap juga sangat sulit. Saya harus meminta lagi dan lagi selama berminggu-minggu agar mereka mengembalikan deposit tersebut kepada saya dan pada akhirnya saya mendapat pengembalian yang lebih sedikit daripada yang saya bayarkan.

Lokasinya dekat dengan tempat wisata. Saat check-in, kami melihat sprei kotor dan ada rambut dan tidak ada pengering rambut. Setelah menginformasikan layanan pelanggan, mereka mengatakan akan meminta petugas kebersihan untuk mengantarkannya keesokan paginya, tetapi kami menunggu keesokan harinya. Itu tidak tiba sampai malam. Saya mengirim pesan ke layanan pelanggan di pagi hari dan mengatakan mereka tidak menerimanya. Butuh jam sembilan malam untuk membalas pesan saya. Saya juga bertanya kepada petugas kebersihan apakah mereka mengirimkannya kepada saya. Mereka meminta saya sangat terlambat sehingga saya bisa menggunakan AC sendiri. Lupakan saja, tidak ada pengering rambut selama dua hari. Kami hanya menginap dua malam dan tidak ada kesempatan untuk menggunakannya ketika mereka mengirimkannya! Badan saya gatal setelah tidur di tempat tidur, saya tidak bisa tidur nyenyak meskipun bolak-balik dan kebersihannya kurang bersih! Saya tidak merekomendasikan pergi ke hotel terkenal ini karena pelayanan dan kebersihannya sangat buruk. Saya memesannya secara online hanya karena saya melihat pengering rambut dan peralatan lainnya. Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya menginap di hotel terkenal seperti itu! Sangat kecewa! Kami berlima tinggal di sana, hanya ada dua quilt dan tiga handuk, fasilitas yang disediakan kurang lengkap.

I stayed twice, once for four nights and once for six nights, at a twoweek break. Lovely apartment, excellent location with daily markets, mytown mall, and ikea within walking distance. The city center is also very close by. The residence is wellequipped and includes a pool, gym, and kids area. Views of kl skyscrapers are breathtaking. The helpful staff even assisted me in keeping my luggage while i was traveling. I highly recommend them.

Lokasi strategis dekat IKEA, meskipun bukan di tengah kota. Pelayanan baik, ramah dan cepat. Kamar luas, fasilitas lengkap (dapur dan mesin cuci), pemandangan bagus.

During my trip to kl, i stayed here. It was one of the best choices and quite convenient for getting around kl. The sky deck, which offers stunning views of the city center, is accessible to residents. The security guards were also helpful with the checkin process.

Kuala lumpur city and all its towns are seen from the city. The environment is very comfortable and the wind is strong at the top level. The facility is good and very convenient for bbq. All equipment is clean and ready to use.

I booked a room through air bnb. Stayed with my family. Great view from the corner room. Safe and secure building with roundtheclock security. Swimming pool and spa a great attraction for kids to spend time in the evening. Reachable distance from all the attractions.

This highrise is wellmanaged and has a swimming pool, gym, and sky garden. It is conveniently located near almost any good thing in the city, whether for work or pleasure, and offers a side view of kls skyline, a golf course, trec, and all the surrounding majestic mountains.

Bangunannya gila, tidak seperti yang kami sewa selama perjalanan kami. Gym, area bermain pasir dan kolam renang dengan perosotan untuk anak-anak, kolam besar untuk dewasa, barbekyu, rekan kerja, dll. Keamanan tempat seharusnya sedikit tenang, ini adalah bangunan bukan penjara, tongkat estafet ada di kepala mereka. Mungkin berisik dengan masjid dan azan, tapi tidak terlalu buruk. Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun metro, bus, dan pusat perbelanjaan dengan dasa lomba.
