- Please inform the purpose of your reservation as there will be an extra charges for events (Party/ Birthday/Wedding/Shooting & etc) held in our unit & subject to our approval.
- You must not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of our neighbors in that area. Noise levels must be reduced after 10pm. We are VERY strict about this.
- ILLEGAL Parties are not allowed in our premise & legal party like birthday celebration should be ended by 10pm & keep it low key and be considerate
- Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in the unit, please do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on this property. Additional charges of RM 200 if found smoking inside the house, only smoke at outdoor and the cigarette butt to be disposed properly. Whereas drugs or illegal activities will call POLICE..
- No loud speaker at the garden at all time
- Please keep our house reasonably clean & tidy. Handle all the leftover or unwanted food into the proper tight seal bags before you putting them into the garbage bin out there to prevent uninvited pests
- To ensure sufficient time to perform thorough cleaning for next coming guest, we appreciate on time check-out (11am)
- Additional charges will be applied for late check-out of RM100 for every 1 hour late, and it is subject to availability
- RM100 for missing of key/card
- Inform us if you plan to have canopy within your stay, canopy only allowed inside the housing area, outside of the house (public street) is not allowed
- Reinstate back all furniture to the original place if you moved them
- Remove all decoration and double side tape without damaging the wall before check out
- Please do not park your car at neighbour's house, even the gate isn't blocked. We are also very strict about this as our neighbour require parking too.
- You must also acknowledge Security Deposit of RM500 - if you damage the home, you may be charged equivalent to the sums of make good/replace to the items

* 民宿内严禁吸烟、吸毒，请勿在房源内从事违法活动。如果发现在屋内吸烟，将额外收取 RM 200 的费用，只能在室外吸烟，并妥善处理烟头。毒品或非法活动我们将会立刻将报警。
* 庭院里不得使用扬声器/喇叭。
* 请保持我们的民宿干净整洁。将所有剩余或不需要的食物放入适当的密封袋中，然后将其放入房子外的垃圾箱，以防止昆虫滋生。
* 为了确保有足够的时间为下一位入住的客人进行清洁，我们感恩您准时退房（上午 11 点）
* 延迟退房每小时将收取 RM100 的额外费用，且视情况而定
* 丢失钥匙/卡需罚款 RM100
* 如果您打算在民宿搭棚(canopy)，请告知我们，搭棚仅允许在车房内，不允许超出大门以外。
* 如果您移动了任何家具，请将它们恢复到原来的位置
* 退房前，在不损坏墙壁的情况下去除所有装饰和双面胶带
* 请不要将车停在邻居家前（即使没有阻碍邻居出入），我们对此也非常严格。
* 入住前您必须支付 RM500 的保证金 - 如果您损坏房屋里任何物品，您可能需要支付相当于修复/更换物品的费用。
