10) This is private property and please take care of the furniture/Fixture and items provided and for the convenience of next guest.
5) Parking is free but DO not park in front of and/or blocking neighbour’s unit;
2) In consideration of yours and other’s health, No smoking is allowed inside the house. Kindly smoke outdoor if required. Please throw your cigarette butt in the ashtray.
1) Check-in time is after 2pm whereas check-out time by 12 noon. The owner of the house or their representative will be there during both time to handover/collect the auto gate remote control and keys from you.
7) Please do your part to conserve energy and switch off the Air conditioning, light and any electrical power when you are out. However,please leave water pump switch ON at all time -located outside master bedroom Thank you)
6) Please keep your cash and personal valuable in safe area i.e your locked luggage while you were out. We are not responsible for any missing item/personal effect during your stay in Mins Seputeh.
13) please do not bring food/drinks besides water to 1st floor family hall and all bed rooms for your own hygiene.
Any damage will be charged duly.
- Mins Seputeh can comfortably house 10 Adults and another 2-3 kids in 5 bedrooms.
9 ) Kindly ensure that auto gate is locked at all time after you enter and leaving Mins Seputeh.
we provide light cooking facilities in the kitchen ,
12) For your own hygiene and next guest, please removed your shoes and placed outside main door. NO shoes or slipper are allowed inside the house.
8) Keep place clean and recycle as possible. Please put the waste/Rubbuish in Gabbage bag and put them in the outdoor Rubbish clean.

Strictly NO party or LOUD noice . Kindly keep us informed if you intend to host any event for our prior approval ( Strictly subject to prior notice and agreement by owner. p/s additional charges might be applicable ). IMPORTANT: THE PROPERTY IS MONITORED WITH CCTV AT ENTRANCE AND LIVING ROOM;- TO PREVENT THEFT, PARTYING AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

4) Our bungalow is nested in private exclusive neighbourhood with school going kids. Kindly respect other neighbour and strictly no loud noise after 11:00 pm and before 8am in the morning. please proceed to Chat indoor after 11 pm.

11) Please separate rubbish and dispose in the correct bins ( plastic/ Paper/Glass) located in wet kitchen. For general Rubbish like food stuff, etc please dispose in the bin located in dry kitchen and bring it out the Big rubbish bin outside once full.
Do let us know if you required additional mattress at additional charge of RM30 from 11-16 guest and subject to availability. We do not allowed a crowd of more than 16 adults staying overnight for the sake of maintaining the condition of Mins and your comfort during your stay with us.
3) No barbeque BBQ allowed nor cooking in any form with fire.
