The accommodation is spotless and secure, offering a comfortable stay. Its an ideal choice for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of kl and pj travel. My allocated lot overlooks the train track, which can be a bit disruptive.

The best condo in taman desa.

The location is strategic. The security guards are professional. The management is thorough. However, the drainage problem has become intolerable. Its frustrating. Visitors parking is also very complicated and tends to put people off.

I spent the majority of my life in taman desa. I made the decision to move into a unit here. Very close to my old house. I adore it so much. The lift is quick and wellmaintained. The public spaces are tidy. The pool is pleasant and has an open view. Easy access to the federal highway, jln klang lama, kl downtown, and brickfield. There are several restaurants close to taman desa or danau desa. Midvalley is nearby. If you are renting or staying there and have a commercial electric bill, please ask the owner to switch to a residential bill. You can change it on the tnb website. There are a lot of different each month. I have done mine.

The building is tidy, and security is excellent. A large parking lot is located behind the building in addition to the visitor parking. Midvally is less than ten minutes away. However, there is no public transportation. It would be ideal for individuals who own their vehicles. Its a little noisy because the lrt and ktm railways behind the building and the highway in front of it. B is right next to it, and 7 eleven. But without a good management. What good building with a careless manager?.

Located in a slightly secluded area of kl, desa green provides a relaxed atmosphere. Many of the tenants here are families who chose to stay here because of the atmosphere and homely feel. The rent is also reasonable, but the only drawback is the limited public transportation options.

I heartily endorse the unit of janice. She truly is a wonderful host! The unit is immaculate, cozy, and wellmaintained. She responds quickly to any inquiries and attends to all needs. The condo is conveniently situated, just a 5minute drive from the shops and mall.

The location is excellent because it is conveniently close to midvalley and the kl office area, usually 5 to 10 minutes away, including traffic. However, there is a drawback here, as there is no public transportation and the drainage system. So, having a car here is a must unless you have people fetching you, thats another story altogether. With a recent decision by management to forgo renting the parking lot behind the condo. Residents here are left without a free open parking lot and have to resort to renting from other residents, management, or the united car park for the spot near the commercial center, which can range in price from rm 120 to rm 250 depending on the location. This adds to the cost of staying. If you are looking to rent, keep that in mind.

From what ive heard, adobe has been banned here. There is a lot of space for kids to play. A good place for kids to grow up. Dense units as well.

The greenery here is amazing. The security guards are friendly and the cleanliness is also very well maintained. The lifts are fast and the location is good. Its easy to get around.

Sangat tidak nyaman. Sangat merepotkan bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di lantai bawah untuk parkir di tempat parkir bawah. Hanya ada satu dari enam lift yang menuju ke tempat parkir, tetapi karena banyak orang yang membersihkan lebih dari 30 unit dari lantai pertama berhenti dan menggunakannya di setiap lantai, Anda harus berjalan mengelilingi gedung dan pergi ke belakang untuk menggunakannya.

Ive lived in this apartment for a year and really like everything about it. The management is very professional, all services including fogging, cleaning, disinfection and so on are perfect and routine. Security is great. Access is the only obstacle. If you dont have a car, it is very risky walking to neighboring services in the area brause you have to cross at least 2 major streets. Another point is that most of the units electricity bill is commercial.

The apartment we stayed in has 3 bedrooms, but there is no wifi. Buy your sims at the airport, its not cheap, but it will be helpful for internet purposes. The view from our place is amazing. The room is well designed, depending on the unit you are renting out. The infinity pool is great, matching the view of the city.
