House Rules

Welcome to our homestay! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

1. No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the bathrooms. Please enjoy smoking in outdoor areas only.

2. No Shoes Inside: Please leave your shoes at the entrance to maintain cleanliness inside the house.

3. Noise Levels: To respect the neighbors, please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM. We kindly ask that you avoid loud music and noise.

4. Cleanliness: We ask that you help us keep the house clean and tidy during your stay. This ensures that all guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment.

5. BBQ & Steamboat: BBQ is only allowed in the outdoor area, while steamboat is allowed indoors. Please clean all utensils and kitchenware after use. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own BBQ net, charcoal, and skewers/satay sticks.

6. Towels: Kindly do not use the towels as floor mats. If any linens, including towels, bedding, or duvets, are stained or damaged, they may need to be replaced.

7. Furniture and Equipment:Please do not move furniture or change the layout of the rooms. Handle all equipment with care.

8. Check-out: Please remember to turn off all lights and air conditioners when leaving. Make sure to return the keys and lock the doors when you check out.

9. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind after check-out, so please double-check your belongings before leaving.

*Penalties for Violations*

To ensure fairness and maintain the property for all guests, the following fees will apply if the house rules are not followed:

- Smoking Indoors:RM 300 cleaning fee for removal of cigarette odors.
- Failure to Clean After BBQ or Steamboat: RM 200 cleaning fee if BBQ or steamboat utensils/areas are not cleaned.
- Damage to or Stains on Towels, Bedding, or Linens: Replacement cost between RM 25 to RM 150 depending on the damage.
- Furniture Movement: RM 200 fine for moving furniture.
- Unclean Check-out: RM 100 cleaning fee if the house is left in an unclean condition.

1）Compulsory Check-In and Check-Out Times

•⁠ ⁠Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
•⁠ ⁠Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

For any requests to check in earlier or check out later, an additional fee of RM50 per hour will apply.

2）Please Ensure the Correct Number of Guests

Kindly input the correct number of guests during your booking. If additional floor mattresses are required, we will be happy to prepare them for you.
An additional fee of RM25 per mattress will apply.
A maximum of 4 extra floor mattresses can be provided.

3) Security Deposit

A security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to no damage or missing items, as well as the property being left in a clean and tidy condition. Please note that damage does not include normal wear and tear such as a defective item or a broken lightbulb etc
