Rules to Acknowledge
1) Please follow Covid 19 SOP Guidelines.
2) Pets are not allowed, if found offence, forfeited RM 100 or RM 100 will be charged to the guest.
3) Guests are not allowed intentionally to make the property in and out dirty. Additional fee will be charged.
4) Guests are not allowed to make noise after 12am. If getting complained by the neighbor, deposit will be forfeited.
5) Rental costs do not include any food and beverage.
6) Please bring your own cleaning supplies and towels.
7) Food can be booked through guest service with additional fee (one day advanced) or guest can prepare themselves.
8) Customer can bring their own BBQ items, please prepare their own charcoal, fire, paper cups, paper trays, lighter. BBQ is only allowed at the car porch area.
9) Check in time will be 3pm onward and check out time shall be not later than 11am of the next day.
10) The property management reserves the right to charge a late check-out fee. Please be noted that early check out, all prepaid/ paid payments shall not be refunded.
11) Guest must be over 18 years old to check in and book our guest house.
12) Guest overnight shall not be more than the allowable guest numbers. Additional charges applied for extra pax.
13) Guest are liable for any damages of the items in the property. All items in the property are recorded all time. Stealing will be straightaway handle to the police officer.
14) Smoking is prohibited in the house. Management reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.
15) Guests are not allowed to conduct any violations activities inside the property. If found, we will call the police and it will not under our responsibility.
16) If the service is not perfect or insufficient due to “force Majeure”means an event that cannot be control/foreseen/avoided, including fire, flood , storm,or other natural disaster, explosion,intrusion,criminal damages, riots, civil strike, and other similar situation that cannot be controlled.
