- Check-in is after 3:00 pm, our operating hour is from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm if you are not familiar with the place, it's better to check-in during this time as we can support you if anything arises
- Security deposit of RM200 required during the check in ( refundable upon check out)
- Request extra mattress set (RM20 per day)
- Check in at service counter (located at pangsapuri Meridian)
- No shoe inside the house
- Use the toys with care
- 1 set access card and 1 parking lot only
- Unreturned key and card after check out will result in an EXTRA PENALTY CHARGE, RM200
- Self check in request ( passport copy/ NRIC copy ) is required, instruction will be send to guest on the check in date morning before 11am.
