1. Key collection located at the building itself, customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp Group
2. The property requires MYR 200 Refundable Deposits per room per booking via online transfer. Please contact the property for further information.
3. Guest detail is required for registration your stay with the building management. A copy of driving license/ passport/NRIC is needed by WhatsApp
House rules:
1. No PARTY or EVENT allowed.
2. No SMOKING & ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES allowed.
3. No PETS allowed.
4. No DURIAN and MANGOSTEENS allowed
5. Please don't eat or drink in the bedroom or on the bed.
6. Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet time 10PM - 7AM
7. Please turn off the AC and ELECTRIC when not in use.
8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
9. Please don't rearrange the furniture.
10. Please do your dished.
11. Please take the trush to the refues room before you leave, don't leave it outside the unit.
12. Please take extra care of your keys & access card. Lost of keys & access card incur a replacement fee. - RM300
13. Please respect check-in & check-out time.
Building Facilities rules:
📌 Please wear proper swimming pool attire.
(MAX 15 pax in pool/ only can use swimming pool for 1 hour when the pool is crowded)
📌 GYM is not allowed for homestay guest or visitor.
📌 Playroom is not allowed for homestay guest or visitor.
📌 Short stay guest only allowed to use BBQ area, but not renting the BBQ pit.
