The facilities are excellent. There is a sauna, gym, water treadmill, swimming pool, and sanitizer to enjoy. A 5minute walk from the office is my news convenience store on block C.

A living lifestyle that offers luxury and affordability. There are numerous services under one roof, including a play area, gym swimming, supermarkets, security, and many more.

Overall, a great condo in sanitized neighborhood. Wellkept. Good security. Friendly neighbors and incredibly active community here as well as functional and lovely amenities. There are many greenery on the facilities floor, and its always windy, making it very comfortable to go for brisk walks or swim. This condo has dozens of amenities around it. Lotuss is within walking distance. Citta mall is nearby. Lots of food options available. Nearby pj. Its just that during peak hours, especially during heavy rain, it gets quite busy. But i suppose everywhere is jamming these days.

H 2O is a great residential building with many modern amenities such as jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, sauna, children playing area, barbecue area etc. High standards with 24 hour security make the place very safe. Walking distance from public transport, it areas and many restaurants.

I adore this location, aside from being a little noisy, the air is cooling and the breeze makes for slumber. The facility is fully equipped for you and your kids to enjoy, including barbecue pits, swimming pool, gym, and garden workout equipment.

Ada 4 blok yaitu Coral, Dvina, Acqua dan Mizu. Blok yang masih terbuka untuk dijual adalah Coral, Dvina, Acqua dan Mizu. Blok ini memiliki 6 tipe dan ukuran, yaitu A 1:750 kp, A 2:751 kp, A 3:754 kp, B 1:880 kp, B 2:888 kp dan B 3:880 kp. Untuk blok A 1-A 3 ada 4 blok yaitu Coral, Dvina, Acqua dan Mizu.

The positive sides are the amazing view of the pool and the facilities for residence. The architecture and security system are good. But the downside is that the soundproofing is terrible. Even the neighbor above is irresponsible and makes a lot of ridiculous noise every day.

This condominium boasts excellent accessibility and is conveniently situated in the center of Ara damansara. It offers convenient access to a variety of amenities, including Tesco, an oasis business center, ara Damansury medical center (ara demandara lrt station, citta mall, dining options, and onsite Japanese schools.

The security is good, the parking is very convenient, there is a nice garden and swimming pool for kids.

The building is still spotless, but there are issues with the building, such as water clogged outside the bedroom window area. Hopefully, management will address this. Although extremely stringent, the level of security is excellent.

The guards are unfriendly, making residents feel unwelcome. Apart from that excellent location, the facility is wellmaintained. Going to the gym when it rains is nearly impossible because it is in its own building without a walkway leading up to it.

I stayed there for the weekend by Airbnb. Not very child friendly, not really a place to be. Nice grocery store. I need access cards everywhere.
