This place has a great view, a large pool, and fast secure wifi.

The building is still clean, but nothing is perfect, such as water clogged outside the bedroom window area. Hopefully, this can be resolved by the management. Security is very strict but good.

The soundproofing is terrible. The neighbors above are irresponsible and make ridiculous noises every day. Excellent residence amenities and a fantastic view of the pool. Nice security systems and architectural design.

The place is pleasant and appealing from the outside, but the lobby is undoubtedly peaceful whenever i go there (perhaps during the day or on weekends). Their gym is still clean, but the equipment is still minimal compared to some condos. Security, however, is tight. Maintenance is slow and subpar. Finally, i hope they have restaurants or cafes in the building. I forgot before, but i hope they will resurface their terrible basketball court, which is currently so uneven, with lumps emerging here and there.

The condo is situated in the middle of a roundabout. The accessibility is ideal, and the location is the sole positive aspect. The build is simple and has a straight forward layout, making it ideal for living and minimal design. The upkeep is mediocre, with no bins around the lift area, dark parking, and no mirrors for junctions. The temperature is hot for it to receive direct sunlight. The traffic around can be noisy and frequently at high speeds. The finishing is also mediocre, with a costcutting design, standard doors, small lifts, and a wide variety of materials.

This place has a good location and facilities. It is next to the Lotus mall and 10 minutes from subang airport.

The swimming pool is perfect for families and kids to unwind and swim. There is also a playground close to the swimming pool with an outdoor bench to sit on. The view is decent, but i dont know if its just that day, but the day i was there it was very windy.

The guards are unfriendly, making residents feel unwelcome. Aside from that great location, the facility is wellmaintained. Going to the gym when it rains is almost impossible because it is located in its own building without a walkway leading up to it.

Apart from being a little noisy, i adore this place. The air is cooling and blowing, ensuring a restful nights sleep. The facility is complete, including barbecue pits, a swimming pool, a gym, and garden workout equipment, making it perfect for you and your kids.

The studio apartment is nice. The location is on the 7th floor. The view is very nice. There is a large swimming pool with a playground for kids. Its a good place for families with children. There is a convenience store inews on the ground floor and another cafe right next to it. You can easily grab a cup of coffee.
