Meski bukan hotel, proses check-in dan check-out di sini mudah. Saya juga menerima email konfirmasi dan pesan WhatsApp. Tiba jam 2 siang, mengirim pesan WhatsApp untuk check-in lebih awal dan staf turun dan menyerahkan kunci dalam 10 menit.

Their apartment, located on the 22nd floor of the shore homesuite ts sunset sea view kitchen, offers a breathtaking sea view, and kota kinabalu boasts one of the most breathtaking sunsets in the world. The apartment is immaculate, brandnew, and cozy, and has all the necessary amenities listed. Throughout the entire process, including inquiries, bookings, and checkin and checkout, the host homesuite is incredibly responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. For your next trip to kota kinabalu, i highly recommend renting this apartment.

The location is good. There is a vegetable market and a night market opposite. Fruits are convenient and cheap. We have free access to mangosteen, which is rmb 7.5 per pound. It was only the first day we checked in and there was only one quilt for the two beds. Fortunately, customer service from ctrip was very effective in communicating on the same day. It was too late so i had it delivered the next day. Check in was not very convenient. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes to get the key. Thanks to ctrip customer service, no one came when the security at the front desk called. When checking out, you only need to return the key to the security guard at the door, which is convenient.

This place is beautiful and perfect for a family stay. The view is beautiful and within walking distance to todak hawkers and pasar kota kinabalu.

Rumahnya bersih dan dekorasinya sangat bagus. Lokasinya bagus. Ada banyak toko di sekitar rumah, tetapi ada beberapa hal yang harus ditingkatkan. Liftnya bermasalah, lambat dan selalu penuh., Capek menunggu. Setelah itu tidak ada tempat parkir gratis. Harus membayar RM 5 atau biaya masuk. Itu saja.

The location is excellent, offering good value for the money, however, the bedding is subpar. Fortunately, i brought my own sheets. The room has a small amount of oil, salt, and pepper powder, and there is a supermarket nearby. Overall, it feels convenient.

Sangat di luar ekspektasi. Kamar sangat bersih dan terorganisir dengan baik. Ada jalan Jia Ya di lantai bawah. Saya berencana untuk tinggal di sini lagi lain kali. Hanya sedikit repot mendapatkan kartu pas.

I would recommend it and would return. I had a wonderful stay at this highquality newly built apartment. It had a nice waterfront view with great sunsets. The apartment is fully furnished clean with wifi and entertainment system, great location for everything i needed.

Kamarnya baru dan bersih, perlengkapan mandinya lengkap, dan perlengkapannya lengkap. Lokasinya sangat strategis. Namun, Anda harus berhati-hati agar tidak berjalan sendirian (lingkungan cukup gelap). Akan lebih sempurna jika ada toko serba ada di dalam gedung.

Next time, ill stay here again. Exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate and welldesigned. Jia Ya street is located downstairs. Obtaining a passcard can be a little challenging.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang relatif terpencil dan dekat dengan laut. Banyak nyamuk. Kamar mandinya banyak yang sudah tua dan rusak. Jika Anda menginap di sini, Anda dapat melihat laut tergantung waktu. Langit malam itu indah.
