Apartemen yang cukup bagus dan lengkap di tengah kota Kuala Lumpur. Akses kemanapun mudah karena ada stasiun MRT Taman Pertama di dekat apartemen ini. Namun, jika ingin ke MRT harus berjalan kaki yang cukup melelahkan karena melewati JPO dan naik turun tangga. Fasilitas bersama cukup lengkap, ada kolam renang, ruang santai, ruang tamu, dan lain-lain. Mantap!

The security here is good but not enough. Many places dont have cctv, especially in parking lots and lifts. Cc view in the center not covered around corners. So blind spot every lvl same. Access card only can go to the facility, car park and our house. But without an access card you can really go many lane by stairs. If bad people live here, we are very dangerous.

The location is close to mrt. Taman pertama, which is only 5 minutes walk away. This place is very convenient for traveling.

We have been living here as expats for years, and we are still here. I have to update my review and credit the management for taking action on the reviews and complaints from the residents and tenants. There is no more noisy construction at this time. They have already installed cctvs in designated areas. Superb security. Bravo to the security guards and management. Welltrained and very friendly. The location is very strategic and close to train station. MyNews is directly below the building. Hawker, restaurants, clinics, school supplies, speedmart, kk, atmsand a wet market are all within walking distance. Low density and wellmaintained.

The downside is that the building of the condos is not of high quality. As a tenant, i notice things going off so quickly. The owner wont fix it as it is written in the contract. So make sure your contract doesnt deceive you. Small pool for such eagle community. Close to mrt station. 2 km radius of shopping area. Clean and wellmaintained. Management office staff are helpful - security guys are very friendly. This is unusual and extraordinary.

I stayed in this condo for the entire year. The room is ideal, with a large window that overlooks the whole kl view. However, the condo is located next to mrt taman pertama, which makes it noisy whenever there are loud cars driving. Security is good, and you feel very safe and secure staying. Only the facilities floor and the floor you slept on are accessible with the security card. Card swipes were required on both floors going up and down. Facilities are adequate. Although the pool has sweeping views, it is rather small. Also, while the gym is small, its main draw is without biceplugs. It takes around 5 minutes to walk to the metro, along with an easylink bridge. Overall, i think its advisable to stay here.

This place is where i will stay for another year. I adore this residence. It has two towers. Extremely safe and spotless. Very diligent and courteous security personnel, especially during the pandemic. Really closed with an mrt view of klcc.
