Hotel ini memberikan harga yang cukup terjangkau untuk satu malam menginap di kamar tipe A dengan fasilitas yang cukup lengkap dan juga terdapat tempat untuk bbq.

室内はきれいで２部屋ずつくらいの独立した棟になっている。犬や猫が館内にたくさんいるので、苦手な人は注意すること。受付の女性はとても親切だった。ただ、受付があいている時間が短く、am7からpm8まで。wifiはあるが使えなかった。一応ホットシャワーがあるが、お湯は出てこなかった。家族連れでキャンプ感覚で使うには、とてもおすすめ。また、人気なので予約はしたほうがよい。

Staff helpful and kind. Steep path in . . Lots of steps. Good for fitness. Short walk to park entrance and all offered there. Great deck to do my morning yoga (with cats!). Rooms attended to daily.

excellent hotel， walking distance to mount kota kinabalu national park。everything is good about the hotel，except that it would be nice if they install window netting and level the parking。 car are park at slope， cant really blame them since the hotel is build at mountain slope。excellent view。

House 6.. Very nice room,big,clean,comfort and privacy. Bathroom..unique but the water heater is not functioning well..not heat enough. Garden view is really good..it feel like u live in the woods..very calm. Tv..no channel but dvd player is provided..can enjoy the movies. Staff..very good. Overall..5*.

This place is an ideal location to unwind and enjoy nature. My family and I stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic experience. On the foothills of Mount Kinabalu, it is a surprisingly large home. The surrounding landscapes are just breathtaking! We both resided in two triple rooms in attached houses and the room where we stayed was spacious and spotless. The balcony was lovely, and the bed was cozy.

Saya sangat senang dapat menginap di Jresiden meskipun hanya satu malam. Tempat yang menarik, kondisi kamar yang indah, bersih dan tersusun. Sangat cocok untuk pesta pernikahan keluarga. Mungkin perlu ditingkatkan seperti adakan siaran TV agar tidak bosan di kamar, pelukan kipas angin kecil boleh digunakan saat siang, pemanas air tidak berfungsi baik. Yang lain sangat terbaik. Terima kasih Jresidence karena memiliki pengurusan yang baik, selalu berhubungan dengan pelanggan sebelum dan sesudah kami tinggal. TERIMA KASIH.

We stayed at Johnson Villa and the View from that villa was supernice, the kitchen utensil provided were good and almost everything was perfect. But they should improve in terms of hanging place for clothes and towel. At the same time, 3 of the dining chairs should be replaced since it easily broken and may be dangerous to the customers.

Great place to stay 200m from KK park enyrance. Nice big room with balcony. 200m from great testaurant opposite park and snall shop. Staff helpful. Nowhere to eat on site. Lovely location but very steep hill going down to property so not suutable for those with mobility issues. Great for families.

In the middle of nature so quite relaxing. The access isn’t convenient as there is a big slope to access the residence. Quite hard to bring your suitcase up and down.

The staffs were helpful whenever we have requests. Though a downside of this stay is still the entrance which leads towards the rooms, is rather steep.

We stayed in Kundasang for 3 weeks in Nov 2018 and have stayed in different hotels such as Nabalu Lodge, JResidence, Dream World Resort, Pine Resort and Hounon Ridge at Bundu Tuhan. JResidence is most the cold among all, temperature dropped to 14 c at night during rainy day. We stayed in Room 1B, the toilet and bathroom is super clean and there room make up service everyday .

Everything was nice except for the noise. It is not sound proof, even the footsteps could be heard. Not forgetting the cats that will come to you asking for food, even dare to enter our room. But yes, surely recommend this J Residence to others too!
