Accommodation Policies (Summary)
1. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of RM200 will be collected after the reservation is confirmed. (For assistance, please message our Customer Service.)
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, subject to the condition of the unit.
This timeframe is to account for any delays due to procedures or bank processing.

2. Payment Method for Deposit
We only accept the deposit via third-party transfer methods.
Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
Payments can be made in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), SGD (Singapore Dollar), or RMB (Chinese Yuan).
Note: If payment is made in a foreign currency, the amount may be adjusted. Please check with our customer service for details.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Time
Check-In: 3PM Onward
Check-Out: 12PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit
Pets are not allowed (unless stated otherwise)
No parties or events without prior approval
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the night

5. Damage & Cleanliness
Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any damage, stains, or missing items may be deducted from the deposit.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the unit is left in an excessively dirty condition.
