I had a 3 bedroomed condo apartment on the 10th floor. The apartment was large and in addition to the 3 bedrooms (all double beds) it had a large lounge area with satellite TV, a dining area with table seating 6 and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms was with a large ensuite bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower, there was also a seperate 'wet' bathroom with shower and toilet. The kithchen had a fridge/freezer and large gas stove with an oven but lacked basic cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery. The decor and all the furniture was very dated with the sofas in the lounge heavily stained. The apartment needs to be renovated. It was advertised as having a waterfront view which it did have when first built but now a new shopping mall built in front of the complex blocks out that view. Overall it was adequate and very cheap for a place for 6 people. Of note, this company shares a similar name to that of the Resort at the same location which has the main ground floor normal reception area. BUT this condo was run by a company which has units in a different block and the check in has to be done in one of the condo units on the 5th floor of Block 2 of this complex. This is NOT explained in the booking itinerary. Also, the access to the block 2 has an electronic lock so you have to call the telephone number on the booking itinerary to get them to unlock the ground floor access door to be able to get to the check in unit on the 5th floor. None of this is explained in the booking!

저렴한 비용에 비해 넓은공간과 생각보다 깨끗했다. 냉장고가 약해서 처음 이틀은 시원해 지지 않았다. 발코니 문이 녹이슬어 열리지 않았다. 그외 침대시트는 깨끗했고 화장실은 오래되었으나 나쁘지 않았다. 친구들과 요리를 해먹기에는 부엌에 있는 발코니에 전기쿠커가 있어 실내에 있었더라면 더 좋았을 것 같다. 주변에 워터프론트와 맛사지 샵들이 있어 접근이 좋고 야시장과 마켓등이 가깝다. 만약 코타키나발루에 긴 시간 생활하며 머물어야 한다면 고민없이 선택할 것이다.

많은 것을 기대하지 않는 것이 당연하겠지요. 가격을 고려해서 생각해 보시기 바랍니다. 콘도 내에서 많은 시간을 보내기에는 적합하지 않고, 공항과 가까워서 하루나 잠깐 쉬어가는 용도로 적당할 것 같네요.

코타키나발루 중심에 있는 듯한 숙소입니다. 주변에 쇼핑센터가 있고 바다도 볼 수 있고 마트나 편의점도 있어 지내는데 불편하지 않았습니다. 보안이 잘 되어 있어 그게 다소 번거로울수는 있습니다.

가격이 너무 낮아서 좀 걱정했는데 건물관리가 안되어 전반적으로 오래되고 더러운 면이 있는것을 제외하곤 위치, 환경이 좋았습니다. 수영장과 주차장까지 있어서 쇼핑하러나가거나 애들데리고 놀기에도 좋았습니다. 단점이라면, 체크인할때 위치를 몰라 당황했 씁니다. 리셉션이나 체크인 부스표시가 전혀없습니다. 참고하세요. 직원들의 영어가 매우 제한적이라 룸서비스나 컨플레인을 해도 소통이 어려웠습니다. 친절하고 나이스해보이긴 해서 나름 최선을 다해 서비스를 하려는 노력하는 모습은 좋았습니다.

家族４人で利用しました。ベッドル−ムの他リビング、ダイニング、キッチンなど広々としたコンドミニアムでした。ゆったりと過ごすことができました。センターポイントなどのショッピングセンターやバスタ−ミナルも近く便利な立地でした。
