MANDATORY PROPERTY POLICIES AS ADVERTISE INSIDE AGODA

Security deposit of RM200 are mandatory upon entering the home. Long term (>5 days) guest need to pay security deposit of RM500. Deposit shall be refunded upon clearance by housekeeper, depending on the condition of the home returning to its original state, clean with rubbish taken out, no broken or loose item.

NON-HALAL FOOD, LIQUOR, ALCOHOL AND SMOKING is not permitted inside the homes. Fees of RM500 will be imposed to guest for each incident.

The final preparation for the home is depending to the Booking Confirmation provided by Agoda to the guest email. Thus, please sincerely declare number of guest for your convenience.

1-2 Guest: Open and usage of 1 room
3-4 Guest: Open and usage of 2 rooms
5-6 Guest: Open and usage of 3 rooms

Usage of electricity limit to RM10/day. Excessive usage of electricity, will incur a penalty, and host will deduct electricity charges beyond RM10/day from the security deposit.

Late Check Out Fee of RM60/h will be imposed to guest who check out after 11 am. Please take out and throw rubbish away before check out.
