LF Tropical Pool villa 2

1) For party & event more than 15pax, an additional RM200 for events fee and RM200 deposit (refundable )and must get approve from person in charge.

2) This homestay are strictly prohibited any food truck,
please inform us if you have arrange catering service from outside and additional RM200

3)Please ensure that the number of pax visiting house is as registered for booking as extra guests are subject to additional charges.

4) All rubbish must be packed into rubbish bags or a fine of RM200.

5) Karaoke room additional RM100 and deposit RM300. The room are strictly no smoking🚭,alcohol and food also is prohibited 🚫 it offend the rule you will be fine or penalty RM300

6) All outdoor activities have to dismiss after 10.30pm

7) Kindly park your vehicle at the allocated car park lot as Specify by PIC, this is to avoid traffic congestion and disturbance to the neightbour. PARK AT YOUR RISK. We will not liable for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.

8) This homestay are not allow for any commercial event and or commercial party.

9) This swimming pool is for private use only. It does not have lifeguard and equipment. Visitors or users must pay attention to safety matters to ensure the safety of adults and children. operating hour 8am to 8pm

1) 生日会或者其他派对根据网站的费用入住时需要另外多加RM200，再加上RM200的押金（可退款）最多15人，一定要获得主人的同意。

2) 不能叫外来的餐车如碌碌车之类的｡如有预订外来自助餐必须另加200元｡

3) 请确保您进入本民宿的人数和您网上登记的人数是一致的，超过的人数需要缴交额外的费用。

4) 晚上十点半后屋外活动必须解散和关灯,室内话动只要不会吵到邻居就不影响｡

5) 请把您的汽车停放在指定的地点已免阻碍交通和邻居的进出｡ (请自行承担停放车辆的风险和责任)

6) 所有的垃圾必须打包装进垃圾袋否则罚款RM200｡

7) 卡拉ok厢房需要另付费RM100和押金RM300（退房时检查没有故意破坏和违规可以现场网上转账退款）绝对不充许吸煙🚭酒精饮料和食物也不充许违反者罚款RM300。

8)这间民宿是在住宅区不允许一切的商业活动和商业聚会｡

9) 此泳池只能私人使用,不具备救生人员和设备,住客或使用者必须注意安全事项,确保大人小孩的安全问题*开放时间是早上8点到晚上8点。
