The hotel doesnt have any restaurants, but it is very close to chenang walk. Excellent service and staff. The pools are private, however be cautious of nearby construction workers who may be on scaffolding. Villas are close either, although i havent found noise to be a problem. There is he large smart tv with internet access. You can log into your Netflix and other applications.

During my recent familys trip to langkawi, i have had a great time here. The staff is really helpful and kind, and the place is spotless. Its incredibly suitable for families or couples who want some privacy because its surrounded by flora and opulence.

The private pool and the spacious rooms were wonderful. It is conveniently located, just a 10minute walk from the beach. The staff was very nice, changing the towels every day and allowing us to check out later. However, for the price we paid, the place really needs maintenance. There was clogged sink in one of the rooms, and there was broken water heater in another room. Although the outdoor pool was great, there were seals on the entrance door and an adjacent villa that looked worn out and you could see in, which made it lacked privacy. No minibar or room service was available. Walking outside on foot was also uneven and dangerous at night because you might trip.

The hotel is fantastic! My companion and i travel to langkawi for three nights, and we stay in looma. The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating. You can also reserve a sunset cruise here, so if ive booked emerald cruise before going on, they wont even ask for reschedule and just let me use it. Additionally, the private pool is lovely, with optimum temperature, its not cold or hot, making it incredibly enjoyable to swim. As well as being meticulous, cleaning staff, their room was meticulously cleaned, keeping everything you use in the same spot. I really value this. Overall, we all had a great time there. We even ended up staying an extra night because the place was so good! I have recommended this place to several people, and my family and i will definitely stay here again if we return. My family of six adults and two children stayed in the threebedroom private villa. The villa was wellkept, spotless, beautiful. Also excellent was the service. They arrived within ten minutes whenever we needed new towels or pool cleaning. Additionally, the personnel are welcoming. Its in tastier in terms of location. Pantai enang is not far away, as are several other amenities like bars, convenience stores, etc. Over the road, pandais chengah is only merely edging across the street.

Mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2025, Dewan Kota Langkawi akan menerapkan Pajak Kebudayaan sebesar MYR 1-10 per kamar per malam. Pajak ini berlaku untuk hotel bintang 0-5 dan wajib dibayarkan saat check-in. Selama acara-acara penting seperti Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition, Le Tour de Langkawi, Ironman Langkawi, dan Oceanman Langkawi, Pajak Kebudayaan akan naik menjadi MYR 2-20 per kamar per malam.

[Sekarang - 31 Desember 2024] Sesuai peraturan Dewan Kota Langkawi, harga kamar per malam akan dikenakan biaya pariwisata sebesar 1 MYR untuk hotel bintang 1 dan 2, 3 MYR untuk hotel bintang 3 dan 4, dan 5 MYR untuk hotel bintang 5 dan akan dibayarkan pada saat check-in.

Mulai 1 September 2017, sesuai dengan kebijakan dari Pemerintah Negara Malaysia, tamu yang bukan warga negara Malaysia atau penduduk permanen/jangka panjang Malaysia akan dikenakan pajak wisata sebesar RM 10 per kamar per malam. Perlu diketahui bahwa perubahan struktur pajak ini berakibat pada perubahan pajak yang dikenakan kepada Anda dan tambahan ini dapat dibayarkan langsung pada saat check-in.
